「Had another wonderful stay at the farmhouse. You can't beat the scenery, sunsets over the Shenandoah River with the mountains in the backdrop. You can canoe, fish, swim, hike right on the property. 「Cabin was great, was a little concerned about the road in but it wasn’t a problem. Location to park and hikes good, luray caverns, James Madison home also worth seeing. 5 deer out the back window on Saturday. Thanks for the new deck and steps. 😊. Only suggestion would be we had salt and no pepper and no charcoal for the grill. Beds are old and we ended up using two but all in all a fun cabin. 」

「The house was perfect for our extended family. The host provided plenty of kitchen items as well as extra toilet paper, bathroom and kitchen soaps, soap for the dishwasher and washing machine as well as all the linens. We have rented many houses in the past and never had a sharp knife in the kitchen but this one did. The free passes for activities at the resort was an added bonus. Very clean as well as stocked. The only suggestion is for the host to update the binder with current information.」

「This house met all of our needs. Space for everyone. The property was pleasantly clean and the bed was comfy. My only suggestion is to have more lighting outside. Many of the porch lights did not work. We arrived at night and the house numbers and driveway were very hard to see . Overall - highly recommended. 」
