- `THE ULTIMATE BEACH HOUSE`. Sensational north facing property boasting magnificent beach views, four bedrooms and two bathrooms. The home is split into two storeys
and is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac.

Open plan kitchen and indoor/outdoor living with stunning beach views. Easy access to the southern rock pool and patrolled swimming area via a private pathway. The home is
set amongst established gardens and enjoying a delightful, private ambience. There are two decks (up and down) to enjoy the views and parking for 3 vehicles.
The main bedroom has a king size bed and ensuite and is on the top level. Second bedroom has a queen bed, third bedroom has a set of bunks and the fourth bedroom has two
single beds and are on the lower level and main bathroom and laundry.
An ideal location to sit back and enjoy the summer holidays.
