Machico Beach, a Home in Madeira

Machico Beach is a spacious city apartment next to the sandy beach and is ideal for families and groups of up to four people.

The apartment is 112 m2 and comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. It also has a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony with sea views and private parking.

The apartment is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.



LOCATION

The apartment is in Machico city centre just 50 m from the sea and about 4 km from the airport.

Within walking distance there are shops, supermarkets and attraction centres.

The apartment has easy pedestrian access to city centre, bus stops near the building and is easy to drive from and to the major roads.



REMARKS

Cleaning is done before check-in and there is weekly cleaning, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.

Due to the island's climate, insects can occur unexpectedly. To avoid attracting insects, it is important to clean up leftover food and keep food well packaged.

People who are sensitive to mosquito bites are advised to use insect repellent when travelling around the island.

Car park is suitable for smaller cars. Large cars have accessibility constraints.

There is a street passing near the building where there is potential noise from traffic, mainly during the day and if windows are open. There is also potential for noise caused by dogs in neighbouring properties and public festivals in the city centre.

The increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person.



CONDITIONS

1. Parties or behaviour that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10 pm and 8 am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time and means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree the check-in time at least two days before arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be scheduled according to our availability.

4. Guests may be required to present identification upon arrival and provide missing identification details to comply with legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform about allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures to be taken.
