We had problems from the moment we arrived; there were no face towels, bath soap, or blankets. I called the hotel reception several times, and they always said they were bringing what was missing, but they never did. The towels weren't changed, and one day we arrived at the room and found the bathroom trash bag inside the sink. This trash remained in the room for two days waiting to be removed by the cleaning staff.

Essa reserva foi continuação de uma outra,e fizeram a gentileza de não me trocar de quarto, foi ótimo. Quarto térreo, por isso alguns pernilongos, solicitei e foram borrifar veneno. Quarto amplo, camas confortáveis, sala de estar separada, dois aparelhos de ar condicionado, gelam bem. Varanda pra secar itens de praia, apesar de térreo não posso reclamar de barulho. A piscina é sensacional, uma pena que fiquei apenas no começo da semana das crianças, acredito que no final da semana deva ter tido mais atividades pra eles. A praia começa cedo e termina cedo, depois das 15h a maré já subiu completamente. O Beach Club Praero já foi melhor, parece que por estar circundado por outra propriedade não se preocupam nem em ligar o som, utilizam o do vizinho. Também em relação a comida, já foi melhor (só a coxinha de camarão e queijo reino que não tem pra ninguém, sensacional).

Café da manhã farto, com várias opções; quarto que atende família, com pia microondas e armários para guloseimas. Único incomodo foram os pernilongos, vários, provavelmente porque o quarto era térreo. A equipe de funcionários muito prestativa, porém nesse mês de outubro achei bem fraca a recreação e a animação. O Beach Club Praero teve que fechar a piscina um dia dias pra manutenção, o almoço no Beach club é melhor do que no hotel (o custo benefício digo), vá de coxinha de camarão com queijo reino, imperdível. A praia é ótima pra criança, bem calma, mas acorde cedo e aproveite a maré baixa, depois das 3h da tarde a água já invade.

Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Check in e Check out rápidos. Funcionários educados. Recreação para as crianças muito boa. Estrutura do hotel adequada. Academia de ginástica pequena, com poucos aparelhos e esteira quebrada. Atendimento do bar na piscina muito ruim, escassez de garçons e demoravam muito pra anotar e trazer os pedidos. Café da manhã simples, deixou a desejar, faltaram opções de queijos frios e proteínas. Cama boa, chuveiro excelente, quarto amplo. Comida e bebida caras e demoradas. Café da manhã péssimo, pouquíssimas opções (o pior na minha experiência), falta de reposição de alimentos, falta de limpeza das mesas e atendentes totalmente mal educados, principalmente a mulher da tapioca/omelete. * Há uma mini cozinha montada nos apartamentos, no entanto não há nenhum item de cozinha disponível, nem copo. Hoteis que sequer têm cozinhas disponibilizam ao menos de copos no quarto. * A recreação infantil não existe. Não há nenhuma atividade voltada para crianças, sobretudo em dias de chuva. Os monitores ficam parados olhando as crianças e não fazem nenhuma proposta de brincadeira, não interagem. * Impossível fazer uma refeição tranquila no restaurante do hotel * O serviço de quarto não oferece um café da manhã no quarto com preço a la carte, isso tem em qualquer hotel simples por aí, não entendi o motivo de não existir opções de café da manhã para servir no quarto (mesmo que paga a parte). Se tivesse, eu teria optado pelo café da manhã no quarto todos os dias só para evitar aquele povo se atropelando em volta da mesa do buffet. * Os itens de higiene oferecidos são terríveis e sequer são repostos * O hotel não tinha cobertor disponível, precisei de cobertor e me informaram que não tinham por conta da chuva e do frio que havia feito nos ultimos dias. De acordo com a pessoa que me atendeu no telefone do hotel, todos os cobertores estavam com mal cheiro. Como pode um local se vender como resort e sequer oferecer cobertor para dias frios? * O péssimo restaurante do hotel cobra R$ 88,00 a rolha do vinho. Parece piada. Nem no restaurante mais caro de São Paulo paga-se R$ 88,00 por uma rolha. * Os carrinhos que levam os hóspedes para a praia demoram mais de 30 min para passar.
