「Stayed in this apartment hotel for 2 nights in Apr23. We spoilt the hair dryer before we checked out, but could not inform the office as we checked out very early in the morning and the office was closed. The next day, I received an email informing us that they charged CHF500 to my credit card for spoiling the hair dryer and the TV. This is ridiculous. Their email mentioned that they gave us a perfectly working TV before we checked in. How can they accuse us for spoiling the TV a few minutes...

「The hotel is a little bit old but we'll maintained, the family room was big enough with a well equipped kitchen. The adventure park was great, suits for little kids」

「Need to check all aspects of the package are met Wifi not working after a trip to the office sorted by a dongle No tv working, not worried as we were ou and about but a family in wet weather would. The tv satellite box was in a box with no attempt to get it wired up」

「The place is really on the lake and surpisingly quiet. The bed is very comfy and the apartment is full of light thanks to all the roof windows. it is aideally located for all sorts of walks along the lake, and hikes in the mountains (be warned, the slopes are very steep!). The few things that can be mentioned are the fact that tall people (over 1,70 meter high) need to be careful all around the place because of the low ceiling and the apparent beams. Also, the plugs are scarce in the kitchen so...

「Es war alles perfekt. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Die Lage direkt am Wasser war nicht zu übertreffen. 2 Balkone mit direktem Blick auf den Sonnenaufgang. Wahnsinn. Selbst beim duschen mit Blick auf den Lago. Wir kommen ganz sicher wieder und können diese Wohnung nur empfehlen.」

「If you are in Lugano for the scenery this is an exceptional place to stay. View wise it has a great panoramic view of the lake where you can see central Lugano but also the surrounding towns. It has good public transportation access but is also completely walkable if you aren’t in a rush. The quarters themselves are pretty basic, the sofa was super comfortable and the shower had great water pressure. We don’t typically spend a lot of time indoors while traveling so it was ample for our needs....

「16min mit dem Auto über steile enge Serpentinen, von Maccagno/Giona am Seeufer bis nach Campagnano, belohnt durch grandiosen Blick. Ausstattung okay, lieber alles mitbringen, was notwendig ist (Toilettenpapier, scharfe Messer, Geschirrtücher etc.). LTE Daten-Empfang mäßig. Nette Wohnung mitten im historischen Ortszentrum. Einkaufen nur in Maccagno.」
