O atendimento privilegia os hospedes dedicados a empresas, visivelmente o hotel se tornou um alojamento para peões em Macaé. Serviço de restaurante caro e sem qualidade. E pensar que este hotel já foi referência pela qualidade do restaurante em Macaé."

"My bathroom was disgusting. Black mold all around the bat tub and glass sliding door. I immediately asked for another room. My new room was better but my bed sheets were a shade of grey not white. Then my AC stopped working and my room safe did not work. I was moved to a 3rd room which was about the same. But my room safe did not work. I reported it and someone looked at it and said he would come back. He never did. In the morning there was no hot water. I checked out."

"The only reason I did not give it a five star: in the mornings I woke up early and went up to have breakfast. I tried to pick a a cup of tea and some fruits for my wife, who does not like elevators (the restaurante is in the top floor) and I could not. The hotel has a policy in place that prohibits anyone of taking any food or drink away from the restaurant, even if breakfast is already included in the room price! This is the most ridiculous policy I have ever seen in a hotel!"
