"The visit to the Farmlodge was something special for the whole family. This was undoubtedly one of the better B&Bs I have been to through many years of traveling. Nice family that you get close to. New nice rooms. Really really nice to have all the animals this near. Nice and good dinner in the evening. Really recommend this place for both solo travelers (who likes animals) and families. "
"We picked this property randomly as a stopover on a long road trip and were only looking for a clean bed. Instead we got a lovely setting, kind and hospitable hosts, and an excellent dinner. "The hotel's ambiance is reminiscent of the last century, but also its drawbacks and lack of comfort.
The rooms are very small. We had a room with a terrace, and this room had sloping ceilings covering over 80% of the room. The floorboards creaked . There's no soundproofing between rooms. You feel like your neighbor is walking around in your room.
Same feeling for the shower and toilet.
