"Et ældre hus tæt på havnen i Sønderborg indrettet i 90'er stil. Huset var rent men den ene dobbeltseng var noget træt og alt for blød. "

"Meget fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed og udsigt. Eneste minus var, at der var sort mug/svamp i brusekabinen og trykket i bruseren kunne godt være bedre. Hvis der skal gåes i detaljer, ville en mere Human billedkunst i stuen være at foretrække. Ellers meget fin lejlighed. "

It would be nice to know in advance that we had to pay for the electricity we used during our stay and that linen and towels were not provided (eventually the owner provided them for an additional DKK 600). "Basically this listing on hotels.com has a lot of information that is not listed on their listed but is only provided to you after you've booked. On the listing, prior to my booking, the check in time is from 0900hrs but after booking, the property sent me an email stating check in is at 1600hrs. That's a discrepancy of 7 hours! Contacted the property via hotels.com chat and they just conveniently said please refer to their website. Why didn't they just put the right information at the listing...

"The customer service was excellent- from the arrival to the departure every person we spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were huge and spacious- our party of 4 really only needed one room if we knew the size but had two rooms and it was ample space. The location was great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are charming and beds comfortable (although soft). Would recommend and stay here again. "

"Our two teenage daughters, got to live out there princess dreams! Ask reception how to get into the tower - it’s a hike, but the view is amazing! The castle is generally a little rundown (but nothing that ruins the grandeur of this once stately home) Both our rooms were beautifully decorated and very clean! Based on reviews, we had decided not to have dinner at the castle, but there are some cute options near. We did have breakfast and it was excellent, with everything you may need to start the day with a full stomach - we took her out to sit in the gardens. There was a lovely free feeling to being able to roam the property and gardens. If you’re traveling through Fyn, I would add this as a stop (it was our daughter‘s favorite part of the trip)"
