They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! "Mooi hotel, mooie kamer maar ik zou et niemeer boeken. Er is geen ac aanwezig het was kapot zwete op de kamer waar het 27 grade was. Na 22 uur niemand nog aanwezig in het hotel. Bar ook gesloten om 22uur, wel jammer op een zomeravond. Ontbijt is wel super maar maakt het nie goed dat je hele nacht wakker ligt van de warmte, jammer voor de rest top"

"Great location, felt like we were in the heart of the activities of the town. Clean rooms, well appointed. Self check in feature adds convenience since hotel is not really staffed after 6pm. Cons- WiFi did not work the entire stay. Staff could not fix and nothing really was done to compensate for this issue. Elevator was down for most part of the stay. 5 floor hotel with plenty of steps.
