ホスピタリティ溢れるホテル
フロントの対応は本当に気持ちよく、素晴らしい眺望と部屋数が少ない分、どこに行っても混んでいる事はなくゆっくり過ごすにはとっても良いホテルでした。ただ、シャトルバスを乗るため時間の10分前に待っていましたが全く来ずドライバーが忘れていたらしく結局40分も待たされ5つ星ホテルにしてはどうかと思いました。 また、レストランでは、コースを注文しました。美味しかったけれど1品出ると次が出るのに非常に時間がかかって、コース料理にもかかわらず待ち時間が長く、この点も5つ星ホテルとしては劣ると思いました。

Amazing - wish we could have stayed here longer
I was delighted with this property. The room was spacious, the breakfast amazing and the staff was suburb. It was one of the nicest hotels we have stayed at and I am picky.

This Hotel has an excellent location with a majestic view. Once you enter the room the view is spectacular. The room is big and very clean. The staff are very attentive to details. The restaurants service and food are amazing! This hotel was the highlight of our vacation. Service was impeccable, always attentive to the guests. The piano bar was a highlight of the stay.

The restaurant staff for dinner didn’t seem to be knowledgeable. The manager ( in the suit) did not make us feel comfortable. He hovered the entire dinner and seemed pretentious! I ordered a latte and received a glass of milk. Of the five day journey across Switzerland, the only food we rated as bad was the salad we ordered at dinner. Everything else at the hotel, I would give an excellent rating!

Beautiful property and surroundings. Excellent breakfast and well worth slightly higher price. Would definitely return here. Some snagging lists in the shower and bathroom.

Wonderful hotel
Outstanding hotel with spacious rooms, gorgeous views, and terrific service. Located in an old historic building overlooking Lugano. Lovely pool and grounds. Great breakfast breakfast buffet. Just wow. We loved everything about this place and plan to go back.

Best view of the lake!
Location and view are spectacular! Very spacious room, but garden room's view is a small square of hedges, and we had some ants in the bathroom (which was corrected after I mentioned it). Service is excellent, food at the bar okay, we did not have the full menu.

Nice room. we got an upgrade. Excellent Restaurant. Food is outstanding.Excellent breakfast. A desater is the Spa. You can stay only 30 minutes. Next 30 minutes cost CHF 100.- We have booked this Hotel because of the Spa. We asked resception how we get to the grounstation of San Salvatore. Unfortunately is was closed as we arrived. ( February21). I would expect that reception would advice us. On one day expresso capsels were not refilled. Anyway was a good stay.
