「Very rest after long day journey. Check in almost 11:45pm. But the gentleman was very good. It was raining. The floor next to balcony are very wet & sleepeely. Water was in side the room on the floor. We have to put towels to avoid sleepy floor next to balcony door.」

「Good breakfast with lake view and the staff in the restaurant did the good job every morning with smile. Room was a bit dated and the bed was not comfortable at all for the hotel with 3 stars. Good part was, the air conditioner could turn on all the time though the switch looks broken. What gave us a very bad impression on this hotel was the receptionistas. Maybe they don't want to make the customer happy or have no clue how to host the guests nicely. Really disappointed. Although the hotel was...
