This is a great base within walking distance of an array of restaurants, cafes, pubs, boutique shops, and the historic castle.

Walking in the front door there is space to hang coats and kick off your shoes. The ground floor has an open plan sitting / dining room flooded with natural light through the original sash windows looking out onto the large garden. The sitting area with its comfy sofa and chairs is the perfect spot to relax and read or watch TV in front of the open fire. A beautifully crafted wooden staircase takes you down to a well-equipped kitchen with double doors out to the garden. A breakfast bar with two stools perfectly positioned to enjoy watching the designated cook whip up a feast from the lovely local produce you’ve picked up that day while enjoying a pre-dinner drink.
