テラスからメコン川を見渡せます。海外には珍しく、歯ブラシ、スリッパがありました。冷蔵庫にはミネラルウォーターとコーラー、ペプシが入っており、宿泊料金に含まれています。部屋も広く、トイレ、シャワー、洗面が独立しています。スタッフもとても親切でホスピタリティを感じます。朝食も美味しくまた泊まりたいと思いました

フロントスタッフの方がとても親切で丁寧に接してくれました。街の中心に近く観光、食事に便利な場所でした。このホテルだけでは無いと思いますが、観光客が周りに多く、少々騒がしかったです。

静かな環境だが、足場もよい

メコン川とナムカーン川の合流点を見下ろすレストランでの朝食はついつい時間を忘れるほど。そこから竹橋を渡れば、紙漉きと織物の村へ直接行ける。トゥクトゥクを使うと空港回りで約1時間もかかるのが、わずか徒歩10分で行ける。ナイトマーケットへは徒歩20分ぐらいかかるが、ワットシェントン、ショッピング、レストラン街を通るので退屈しない。歩くのがいやなら、未明の朝市へ行くにも、ホテルが電気自動車のシャトル便を出してくれる。それもいやな顔ひとつしないのがうれしい。ホテルを決めるときには少し町中から遠いかなと危惧したが、徒歩で十分どこにも行けるし、町中の喧騒とはまったく無縁な静けさは最高。部屋の設備は必要にして十分だし、リバービューの部屋をとれば、メコン川をゆっくり眺める時間が快適だ。滞在したの現地の人が驚く異例の厳寒だったため、朝はメコン川から湧き立つ川霧を部屋やレストランから楽しめた。冬は天気予報を見て、朝晩の寒さと日中の気温差に耐える服を準備することをおすすめする。

Yes you are right, it was a bit cold recently - in winter you never know. We try our best to provide extra warm blankets at our restaurant and heaters in the room if necessary. On the bright side, the atmosphere at the river gets even more mystical than it already is, with the fog rising in the morning! Glad you enjoyed that too. As Luang Prabang is a small city and the peninsula even more, it is easy to reach everything by foot or with a short tuktuk ride, as you said. So our location can seem a bit off at first, but most of our guests soon realize that everything is really close, and with our free shuttle, getting somewhere is no problem. ４０年ほど前に建設された古い木造のホテルですが、しっかりした造りとなっています。スタッフ全員好感がもてます。小さめのプールがありますが、バンブーブリッジを渡って、１０分程歩くことになります。朝夕の散策に、竹造りの橋を散策するのも、お勧めです。（橋を渡るには、小銭が要りますが、ホテルのフロントで人数分をもらえます）レストランも、河べりにあり、散歩の後にここで朝食を取るのは、見晴らしも抜群の立地条件で、本当にお勧めです。７時オープンですが、オープン直後には河側の席に座ることができます。メニューの種類は、都心ホテルと比較すると少ないですが、レゾート地のホテルとしては、普通でしょうか？

場所は川沿いで眺めがいい。スタッフのホスピタリティがとても良かった。感じがいい。洗面所にアリがたくさんいたのがちょっと。。。。でしたが、それ以外は満足。

抜群の立地

メコン川を望む眺望、半島の先端にあり比較的静かな環境ながらナイトマーケット等、街の中心部から徒歩圏内、ワットシェントーンが直ぐ隣、と言う立地が先ず素晴らしい。そして何より、View Point Cafeでの朝食がまたゆったりと寛げる抜群の環境。暑季でも朝は涼しく、とても清々しい朝食を頂けます。ブュッフェでは無くフリーのリストから自由にオーダーする仕組みで洋食の他にラオスのPhoも有ります。パンやフルーツ、自家製ヨーグルト、ハム、チーズなどはブュッフェ形式です。ミニバーは全て無料、フロントにあるコーヒーメーカーのカプチーノや手づくりの焼き菓子も美味しく、フロントの人達もとても親切でした。 WiFi はとても弱く不安定シャワーの排水溝の水はけが悪く直ぐ水が溜まる部屋の中にも沢山の蚊が飛んでいるなどのマイナス要素を引いても、とても良いホテルだと思います。

川沿いの景色の素晴らしいホテルです

川沿いの景色の良い場所にあります。托鉢を早朝に見学するにもとても便利な場所です。朝食会場の景色は特に素晴らしいです。朝食がビュッフェではなくオーダー形式ですが、量は少し物足りないかもしれません。

メコン川を眺めることが出来る部屋をということで、このホテルを選びました。立地は良かったと思いましたが、一階の部屋はかび臭いので二階の部屋に変えて貰いましたが、隣の部屋に誰もいない夜でも、深夜、3時、4時と大きな木をぶつける様な音がして、二晩、音で起こされてよく寝れませんでした。三日目は部屋を移ったので、やっと寝れました。一日に三回位ゴミを取りに来られたので、少し落ち着きませんでした

メコン川沿いにあり、有名な川沿いのViewpoint Cafeで朝食が取れる。中心街から歩いて10分程にあるホテルだが、自転車は無料で貸し出しをしてくれるし、ホテルから目的地までは無料でカートでも送ってくれる（お迎えはない）ので不便はないし、中心街と比べると静かで涼しい。またワットシェントーンのすぐ近くにあり、托鉢の穴場スポットもすぐ近くにあり非常に便利。シェントンヌードルも徒歩3分ほど。とにかくスタッフの対応が良く、リクエストにはすぐ答えてくれる。またロビーでは無理でコーヒーが飲める。

メコン川を望む静かなホテル

年末・年始をこのホテルで過ごしました。目の前にメコン川が流れ、私は表に面した部屋の泊まった為、部屋の前のプライベートテラスからこのメコン川が見えました。ホテルは町の中心から少し離れていますが、レンタル自転車を無料で借りられるし、ゴルフカートで何時でも送ってもらえるので不便さは感じませんでした。従業員は皆さん親切で気持ちよく過ごさせて頂きました。大晦日の夜にホテル前のガーデンでホテルオーナー主催のシャンパンパーティーが模様され、オーナーがあまり言葉のわからない我々日本人客にもにこやかにシャンパンをつぎながら談笑して頂きました。

ロケーションは本当に良かったです。ホテルスタッフは全員男性でしたが、色々配慮が行き届いていました。部屋をアップグレートしてもらえました。ただ、私達の部屋のシャワー室は扉とシャワーのデザインのせいで、水浸しになってしまうのが、唯一残念な点でした。

空港まで迎えに来てくれて、帰りも空港まで送ってくれるサービスがあるのはありがたいです。ホテルの部屋は普通です。長期滞在するのに利用するホテルではないかも。朝食はリーバービューカフェでホテル利用者のみでとてもいいと思います。

居心地

日本人として部屋にバスにシャワーのみ、バスタブの無いのが寛ぎ感が味わえなかった。朝食にバラエティーが少なかったがレストランの夕食は味も量も満足でありました。また、無料のカートで街中までいつでも送ってくれるサービスが有く便利であった。

スタッフの対応が抜群

空港着が21時を回っていました。迎えに来ていただいたスタッフの方へ街中の両替所に立ち寄ることを依頼しました。車で行ける２，３か所の両替所はクローズしていましたので，そのままホテルへ行きました。チェックインそこそこにスタッフが電気自動車でナイトマーケット近くの両替所まで連れて行ってくれました。翌日は早朝よりツアーを頼んであったのでとても助かりました。

メコン川を堪能できるホスピタリティの高いホテル

オーナーはじめホテルの方々のホスピタリティの高さに感激。町の中心街からは少し離れていますが、そのぶん静かな滞在とメコン川の眺望を楽しめます。ホテルの設備は必要なものはすべてそろっており不便はありませんでした。友人や知人がルアンパバーンを訪れる際にはお勧めしたいホテルです。

リラックスできる最高のホテル

事前にメールで、空港までの送迎サービスをお願いするとレスポンスも早くて対応が良かった。スタンダードで予約したのですが、当日空いていたので同料金でグレードアップしていただきメコン川沿いの豪華な部屋にしていただけました。ロケーションは、人にもよりますが中心の通りからは少し離れていますが、ホテルのレストランでメコン川を眺めながらの朝食は最高の景色です。携帯は持ち込み禁止ということで、自然の音を楽しんで欲しいということでした。その言葉どうり自然を満喫できる・・・という意味では最高のロケーションだと思います。自転車の貸し出しが無料で、ナイトマーケットへ行くときはお願いすれば車で送っていただけます（無料）チェックアウトは１２時ですが、夕方の飛行機だったので荷物を預けようとしたら出発まで部屋を使ってよいといっていただき本当にホスピタリティがよいホテルでした。また利用したいと思います。

便利で静かでした

中心部からはのんびり歩いて10分程度。夜はとても静かでした。滞在は欧米人がほとんどでした。ホテルスタッフは親切で、いろいろと気にかけてくれます。部屋もきれいで掃除も行き届いていました。ベランダからはメコン川が見えました。電動カートで街まで送ってくれるのも便利でした。

メコン川を眺めながら寛げるホスピタリティー溢れるホテル

口コミサイトやレビューの評価を見てこのホテルに決めました。このホテルのオススメな点は、スタッフのホスピタリティー(皆、とても笑顔でさりげない気遣いが出来る事)、眺めの良さ(大河メコン川が目の前に見える事)、メニューから選べる朝食が美味しい(クロワッサンやフルーツ、ラオスメニューにあるヌードルが美味しい事)、無料の貸し自転車、カートで街中までドロップオフしてくれる(街自体がとても小さいので自転車があると１日で充分にくまなく回れる事)空港送迎して頂けるので便利。客室もとても綺麗に掃除が行き届いており、快適に過ごせます。部屋には無料のミニバー、ルアンパバーンの関係書物があり嬉しいです。私は一人旅でしたが、なんの不安もなく快適に過ごせました。メインのサッカリン通りからも遠くなく、一本裏通りで托鉢も近くで見れて良かったです。近くに美味しいレストランもあり徒歩でもお散歩がてら楽しめます。また仕事に疲れたらこの街、このホテルに逃避行したいです！

ホテルのロケーションとしては、西に外れた側にはなるが、主要な観光地へは十分徒歩圏内。また、ホテルのスタッフにお願いすれば、送ってもらえるのが便利。ただし朝の托鉢のポイントにはほど近い。

メコン川が望める、周りが静かなホテル

半島の東端で、メコン川とその支流が合流する場所に一番近いホテル。私は一階だったので、部屋からの眺めはも今ひとつだったが、朝食は川沿いのテラスで戴けます。朝食だけ、あるいは昼間ビールだけでも、ここは利用できますが、川を見ながらまったりするのが好きならら、泊まる事をお勧めします。

落ち着ける静かなホテル

到着した当日、街の両替所にホテルスタッフが連れて行ってくれました。そこで両替をズルされて半分以下のお金に。それもレシートもなし。旅行の初日からガッカリで嫌なムードでした。ラオス人は親切で良い人だと信じていただけに余計ガッカリ。でも、ホテルスタッフに事情を話した所、速やかに対応してくれました。レシートももらっていなかったので、半分諦めていましたが、何度も両替所まで連れて行ってくれて店の人に交渉してくれ、結果、足りなかった分のお金を受け取ることができました。旅行の浮かれ気分で確認しなかった自分達がいけなかったと反省し、その後の旅行は何事もなく楽しく過ごすことができました。他の国ではこんなに親切に対応してはくれないので本当にありがたく思いました。その後も、いつも気にかけて話しかけてくれて、気遣ってくれるし、クアンシーの滝に行く時には、タオルと水ももたせてくれるなど、こちらから言わなくても色々気がきくスタッフ達です。最高でした。チェックアウトの日は、チェックアウト時間を飛行機の時間に合わせて延長してくれました。私達の部屋は次の宿泊者が決まっていたのか、別の部屋を用意してくれて空港まで送ってくれる時間まで使ってもいいと。おかげで街でマッサージをして、部屋でシャワーを浴びることもでき、フライト時間まで部屋でゆっくり過ごすことができました。また、ルアンパバーンに来る際には絶対に泊まりたいと思います。

落ち着いている、とても素敵なホテル

町の中心から少々歩きますが（徒歩10分）、その代わりとても静かで、ゆっくりできます。スタッフの方も大変親切で、こちらから何かをお願いする前にいろんなことを提案してくれるので、良い意味で驚きました。本当に素晴らしいホテルです。

This is by far one of the most beautiful hotels we've stayed! We absolutely love the arquitecture and the furniture. Our room faced the river. The room was spacious and so was the bathroom. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Every morning I looked forward to the breakfasts because they had lots of options, even for a vegetarian like me. In addition, the staff was professional, kind and very helpful.

Great location in a quiet area. Easily accessible to main streets and attractions . Especially enjoyed the free bikes offered. They also have a cute buggy they can take you to nearby places. Get home on your own. Rooms are spacious, clean and had a balcony with a view of the Mekong River. Breakfast place across the street overlooking the Mekong River. Service was excellent. Plenty of coffee offered. I especially enjoyed the mango and Pineapple shakes. Breakfast was mediocre and not much of a variety. Overall, I rate it 4.4 stars out of 5. I would highly recommend this place.

The location of this hotel is perfect. The hotel restaurant is on the river, where you can breathe in the beautiful scenery. breakfast is very good. The hotel rooms are charming and clean, the personal is amazingly friendly and useful. The are bikes to borrow . There is also free transportation to bring you to town, although we never used it as everything is at a walking distance from the hotel. We would definitely go back!

The staff was highly responsive and helpful before and during our stay. It is one of the finest hotels in a tranquil part of the city, but it is easy to walk to the action of the night market and temples.

This hotel was excellent. Noi and his staff were outstanding. Their service could not have been better. They would help with anything that I needed. They arranged great transportation for myself and two friends to Nong Khiaw in the north and a return. Upon my return I also stayed there. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. For an added treat, the beds can have the head or foot area, raised and lowered with power. It is a short walk into town, and the hotel also provides transport in their own open air electric cars. All in all 10/10.

Ne tient pas ses promesses

Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans la chambre 11 très decevante, mal entretenue, et de propreté douteuse. Nous avons pu changer pour la quatrième nuit dans la chambre 22 plus convenable, et plus propre. Dans l'ensemble nous avons été déçus vu le prix facturé, 185 €, surtout pour la chambre 11, deux voire trois fois trop chère. Quelques points positifs quand même, la nevette très classe et à la demande, les vélos et le minibar gratuit, et bien sur la situation exceptionnelle au bord du Mekong. Clairement un hotel qui abuse de sa situation privilégiée et renonce à la qualité de son hébergement. Lors de notre prochain séjour a Luang Prabang nous retournerons à notre premier hotel situé pres du vieux pont Français, moins bien placé, mais dun rapport qualité prix exceptionnel et enthousiasmant.
