"My husband and I enjoyed a week in Mill Barn in early June. Unfortunately the weather didn't want to play along so we couldn't enjoy the beautiful garden as much as I had hoped, but that was no loss - the cottage is adorable inside too and it's perfect for cozy cocooning when it's rainy. We enjoyed the smart TV, bath and wonderful shower, as well as the well equipped kitchen. There are plenty of fun day trips in the area and Penny was incredibly kind and helpful during our stay. "Lovely stay"

"Enjoyed our stay but but with a dog we felt it lacked a safe garden area."

"Fantastic property in a beautiful, quiet location. Facilities excellent with everything supplied being of a very high standard. Hosts lovely, easy going and extremely welcoming and helpful :) 10/10"

"Away from all traffic with lovely views this well equipped apartment provides an ideal base for West Sussex and Surrey. The kitchen is particularly good and we much enjoyed our second stay here."

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Beacon Cottage. It is very spacious inside, well equipped and very comfortable. There is lots to see and do in the area."

"Very nice place to stay, great little pub at the end of the road, good links to the south coast."

"Great place to stay. Very spacious"

"My family of 4 (including kids aged 5 and 8) had an incredible time at the Cottage over the course of 4 nights. The entire property is gorgeous and the hosts were so warm and welcoming throughout our stay. Our stay coincided with a period of warm weather so we got to enjoy beautiful summer evenings strolling about on a countryside estate watching foxes play on the adjacent field. My kids enjoyed picking strawberries from the garden and bouncing on the trampoline. The cottage itself was cozy,...

"Really enjoyed the quiet location."
