Great view!

Loved the view and proximity to the lake, we spent a lot of time hanging out on the large deck and on the bluffs. The dogs and neighbors are friendly! The beds were not the most comfortable and we noticed the electricity was a little flickery at times, but overall it was great!

Great Place

The cliffs and the swimming was amazing. We liked how close it was to town too! We saw so many deer, and saw a bald eagle scoop a fish out of the water.

Most Every Thing You Would Hope For In A Place To Relax

This Rental Property was very clean and had everything You could need for an enjoyable stay. It had beautiful view of Beaver Lake. Even though I didn't fish had great access to fishing off the bank. And the Host was very nice and enjoyable to talk to. Loved it!

Lake Cabin

Very nice place. My husband and our Bordoodle stayed four days. Nice cabin, nice fishing, nice cliff jumping, nice deck, even enough shallow water beach area for kids😀😁 Daisy 🌼 couldn’t get enough stick fetching off the rocks!

Short Walk to a beautiful lake

My son and I stayed here while he was looking at the university. It was a trek to get to Fayetteville but that made for beautiful skies at night. The owner right next door was very thoughtful and helpful. And the lake was lovely to swim in. Just a short walk across the street and you’re at the lakeshore.

Nice respite

This property is especially suited to folks who want to hang around the lake and perhaps fish or boat, as the lake is across the street. The property is very clean, and we enjoyed our stay. We would suggest the property owner either stock some Kuerig capsules and/or filters for the drip coffee pot.

Well worth it!

This was the 2nd time we stayed here. There was 10 of us there for 9 days. It's a great place to go to jump off the cliffs, swim, BBQ. The cabin is great plenty of room, cold ac, all the furnishings of home even laundry soap, the owners are super nice and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place!

CLIFF JUMPING HAPPINESS

We had a great stay. There was 10 of us we stayed 2 nights. Plenty of room for all of us. The house was fully stocked and the owners where great. We really enjoyed jumping off the cliffs that are about 100 feet from the front porch. I would definitely recommend this property.

Country Surroundings

The house was very homey and comfortable except for the beds. It was clean and nothing was lacking. The master bedroom had a full size bed which I wasn’t expecting. However, that was my oversight and my fault for not asking. The mattress was comfortable though. The mattress in the front bedroom was not very comfortable and my daughter felt it had a “body” impression from previous use. All in all, it’s a very nice place to stay even though it was further out in the country than we realized and the owners are very friendly folks. I would stay there again should the occasion arise. Thanks to Wanda and Jim for letting us use their property.

Great stay for family!

Nice and cool AC for hot summer days. Place is very clean. Beds comfortable for the most part. Owner, Wanda, is very responsive. Great and friendly people. Bluffs are just across the street to jump in and cool off. Locals are extremely kind. We had 2 families with kids from ages 2 all the way up to 17. They all loved the time there. Be sure to have life vests that fit each person, as the water is super deep right across the street. We hope to be back again one day. I’m NOT a fan of the app, but it’s not the home owners fault.

We had fun, the house was nice, the boat was great, beautiful view. We enjoyed the whole weekend

Clean house, beautiful lakeview, The property owners, Jim and Wanda were very hospitable and are great people. My family and our friends loved it. They even brought a baby bed in for the youngest. They had plenty of dishes, seasonings, and extra stuff you always forget to bring. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Even though the owners live close by I didn't feel bothered at all. All of the neighbors were very polite and sweet. Also want to say how beautifully quiet it was there. Planning to come back this summer with my kids. This is definitely a kid friendly environment. 💗💗💗💗

Unexpected Problem

We arrived to the property around 4:30, with just a few minutes to freshen up before heading to an event. No problems with check in or communication. The house is a trailer (not a problem) and the view of water from the front deck is great. I would say some of the neighboring properties are less than desirable. The problem was the overwhelming MUSTY smell inside. When we opened the door, it was so bad. There was also a plug in air freshener that was very strong. We went in hoping to adjust, but in 10 minutes i decided we couldn’t leave our luggage inside because our clothes would stink. I had a headache and was nauseous from the odor. There was no way we could sleep there. There was not a single review that mentioned a smell, I have no idea what happened. But, we have lost hundreds of dollars having reserved for 2 nights. I messaged the owner after we had left. She did apologize.

Cute cabin. Kind of musty, no bathroom vents. Surrounding neighborhood and neighbors yards are overgrown and trashy, but the view of the water in the morning almost made up for it!

Pictures are accurate,House was stocked with coffee, washer pods for dishwasher, Pod and dryer sheets for washroom.House was clean and located in a Ruel area.We swam in the lake out front, the water is deep there.I would stay here again.
