"This home is in an ideal location to walk to the beach, enjoy the views from the deck, or just hang out by the pool. The area is quiet. The home is updated and beautiful. Every room is comfortable and the upside down layout is fun. This is a true gem on Nantucket!"

We did not have any issues, and everything was easy to find with clear check in and check out instructions. "The house was awesome - it's cozy, beautifully designed, and stocked with everything you could ever want. We loved being in Tom Nevers and appreciated the serenity of the neighborhood and enjoyed biking or driving to the nearby beaches. John is a fabulous host - he's responsive and kind. I highly recommend his home!"

"This home is very comfortable clean and the host is very responsive and helpful. We were a family of six adults and an infant and were very comfortable with the sleeping arrangements, dining and kitchen equipment. Thank you for a wonderful family vacation."

"Everything about our stay was excellent. The owners provided plenty of paper towels, toilet paper, lots of kitchen seasonings, trash bags etc. to keep us going. The house has very comfortable beach chairs, a beach unbrella and beach toys. Don't worry about it being a duplex as we never heard the adjourning permanent resident couple over our 4 week stay."

"House is beautiful and spacious. The artwork is gorgeous and the furniture is modern yet comfortable. Everything that we needed to borrow is available, chairs, beach bag and towels. The house is an easy walk to the Sconset market and wave bus. We very much enjoyed our stay."

"The hosts were very accommodating. We had young families so we were fortunate enough to get an early check in and out. The beds were comfortable. The property looks as though it’s going through a minor renovation so it should be getting better as time develops. Hosts had a lot of beach essentials such as chairs, tent, etc"
