The home sleeps up to eighteen (18) adults comfortably. There are four (4) private bedrooms, each equipped with King sized beds. An upstairs adjoining double den is equipped with two (2) luxury fold out couches. There is a bunk room in the finished basement with three (3) Queen beds and its own full bath. The house has Five (5) full baths total, and two (2) 1/2 baths.
The kitchen is open and flowing with a stunning glass wall that looks out onto a turfed back yard. The kitchen is serviced by a walk in butler's pantry.
There is a large mudroom and laundry, 2 large dens, a spacious dining room, full bar, large covered patio for three (3) season outdoor living, and a large finished basement.
Linens, cooking accoutrement, soaps, laundry, and coffee are all provided. The house can be stocked with food and beverage for an additional fee.
The neighborhood is quiet, verdant, safe and secluded, all in a good way.
