気になった点 : スタッフとサービス、設備とサービス
The staff at the hotel is not very friendly. The first night we decided to eat at the hotel restaurant and waited over 35 minutes just for our drinks- we were the second of two tables in the restaurant. The next day I found a room key from the last guest in the room and the woman working the front desk made it seem like this was a normal thing. Rooms are supposed to be restocked with towels every other day as noted in the hotel room
Bathroom, we were done all day and at 7 pm when we came back our room was untouched. For a hotel with Hilton on the name, our stay was very disappointing.
