"The apartment was very nice and in a good location for us. Just a few things that lowered the rating was listed items were missing such as an ironing board and toaster I know they are small items but we use them in addition the outside lights didn’t work so the lovely outside space for useless. "Pros: The appartment was very clean and comfortable, the pool was so close to appartment and well maintained and not too busy, there was everything you could need in the appartment to enjoy you holiday, it was close to a few restaurants/bars and only 10 mins drive from all the lovely beaches. Cons: The Host's had very little English which made checking in a small bit more difficult ,but they were fully contactable during our stay for any questions."

Hotel Narcea Santa Pola

10/10 Excellent

"Location is amazing, lots of options to eat, minutes walk to the beach, shopping, etc. The only issue I see is parking. Very difficult to find on the streets and the hotel has limited spots. July and August are the most chalenging months. Staff is also amazing, super helpful with tips to eat, places to go, etc. Parking is a problem in any small town in the Mediterranean coast, so we need to be patient and sometime walk quite a bit from the nearest parking spot."

"The room was cleaned and bed made every day. The staff were amazing, everyone was so polite and helpful. The breakfast was very nice, it would have been better if there was an option to have an omelette. Pool area is quite small but very well maintained and clean. The bar/ outside terrace was the only let down. It was August and the terrace area wasn’t open, no tables etc setup which was a shame because it would be a nice area to sit out with a drink etc. The hotel is lovely and I would definitely stay again."
