"The room was nice, clean and quiet. The office chair was pealing and there was something hard on the edge of the mattress that poked me, but it wasn't sharp. Otherwise, the bed was comfortable. I've stayed here before and would probably stay again. It's a nice location as I enjoy the downtown vibes."

"Makes the night before and day of boarding the cruise easy. Just roll off the ship to the other ship. Worth the extra $ for the convenience and I recommend to any cruisers. We were a group of 6 and not having to lug our luggage around and load into Ubers was so worth it. The room was clean. They are updating and I have to say I am disappointed they are going so modern. The remodel does not match the ship and would be better to keep the old wood. Or wallpaper that matches time period of the ship. Whoever’s idea it was to do the poor remodel choices should be fired. Food choices are limited at the hotel but you can uber to shops and restaurants nearby for about fifteen . The staff was nice and helpful. The room was ok. We have stayed before and the room was old beautiful wood and it made the stay amazing. To see the history of the ship in the room itself. "

"I became fearful that i had booked a $179 dollar room in a recovery home or homeless shelter .. bit i was so tired after a 8 hoir drive, i just checked the sheets-underneath the unwashed comforter, the toile amd shower for bugs and went to sleep and got out at 7 am then we waited 5 hours in our car tp board the ship (accept for the hour at breakfast) there is no friendliness, the shittle was offered ..no way would i leave my car there. Ive stayed in better places in third world countries. My suggestion, get some spackle and paint..new mattreses and bed spreads, find some used furniture that doesnt look like u grabbed it from the dumpster and be honest .."

"Gave this place a shot due to recent good reviews I saw and its proximity to the cruise port. I don’t know what kind of rooms previous reviewers were used to but this definitely missed the mark for us. Has so much potential but we will not be staying again. Severely in need of a total gutting and remodel. We had lots of staining, burnt outlets and sense of unease. I would never stay here with my children. "

"Very impressed with cleanliness of room and size. Gentlemen at front desk was very helpful. Area around hotel was not walkable but Uber took us to huge mall for dinner and shopping. Great place for overnight before cruise. "
