I have arrived at the hotel early afternoon, and most of rooms are still cleaning. I received two room key at 3F, carried my heavy luggage to that floor and would like to open the door. The white marker was indicated but I guess the room mad forgot it to remove. When I open the door, I found two white bed sheet are moving, and heard a histeric cry. I did not know why I had appologized, but I just said sorry, and came back to the reception. Immediately the clark fied to that room and returned after a few minutes later. Then a big guy came to the check-in counter and claimed with bad saying. I could not follow what he said actually but understand he got terribly angry. What I said sorry caused this issue. The hotel man should say so, not me. Should I knock my room when check-in?
I countinue this bad feeling throughout a night, although I was introduced to a up-graded room.
