The primary booking guest must be at least 25 years old.
3. ID Requirement:
A valid government-issued ID or document must be provided during check-in or before arrival.
4. Guest Count:
The number of guests staying must match the reservation. Any changes to the number of guests must be communicated to the host for approval.
5. Exterior Security Cameras:
Security cameras are installed outside the property for safety purposes.
6. Golf Course Area Rules:
Some areas connected to the golf course are restricted. Guests must follow the posted signs and rules in the backyard.
7. Pool Safety:
• No jumping or diving into the pool is allowed for safety reasons.
• Children must be supervised by an adult when near the pool.
• The host assumes no responsibility for pool-related incidents.
8. Noise and Quiet Hours:
Please keep noise levels and music volume considerate to avoid disturbing neighbors. Quiet hours are from 9 PM to 9 AM.
9. Check-In and Check-Out:
Depending on availability, Early or late check-out may be available upon request and may incur additional charges. Host approval is required.
10. Heated Pool:
Pool heating is available for an additional $150 per day. Please request this service in advance so the pool can be prepared.
