Recently updated 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Leave your electronics at home! This family friendly home is stocked with fun games for all ages - featuring giant chess, checkers, Jenga and Yahtzee. Very affordable, nice and clean. There are 2 studios attached to the home, if you want a larger space, based on availability. Long-term welcome. Extra pet visit fee.

Bargain
First when we walked in the house was bigger than expected. The rooms were really nice and clean. Everything was very comfortable. The hosts were very accommodating and super nice. You really get your moneys worth with the house and prime location. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect
The property was great waliking distance to everything. Kitchen was very welcoming and when you have four Daughters making breakfast helps. All the girls were comfortable. Me and the wife comfortable.

Awesome getaway with friends!!
My friends and I had a great time staying here for our mini vacay. We were a little hesitant at first with the initial reviews but I am SO happy we decided to book this place for our vacation. Everything was clean and put together and the place is a lot bigger in person. If we ever needed anything Ariella was very quick to respond. We would for sure stay again!

Great place!
Great place and definitely improving themselves based off reviews. A lovely home, could benefit on having a pamphlet which explains wifi, tv, etc. FANTASTIC communication.

Extremely dirty. Not well maintained. Cobwebs. Spills and sticky messes all over the floor. Missing and broken blinds, dirty kitchen utensils and towels, back door was broken and hard to lock. No paper towels, dirty beds. It says you can bring a pet…. I wouldn’t bring my pet to this house.. there is no grass.

Excellent location, but maintenance needed
Pros: Safe, convenient location; friendly host. Cons: Maintenance needed. Broken and missing blinds, shower floors slippery when wet. Amenities missing or in short supply. Cleanliness less than expected.

Celebration with Friends
I have never left a bad review for anywhere, but I am disappointed with this property and VRBO. I booked two nights for a birthday celebration with a few friends. The host had allowed us an earlier check in, only to arrive a few hours earlier to the house not have been cleaned. So we had to leave to wait for the cleaning service to clean the vrbo, which ended up not being ready until after 6:00pm when original check in is 5:00pm. If we hadn’t asked for the earlier check in, the place wouldn’t have been cleaned at all upon arrival. We had to push back reservations and ask the guests to stall before arriving. The host was very apologetic and said she would make things right. Secondly, the listing states two double pull out couches and there was only one. So we had to go get an air mattress to accommodate the number of guests. We received a small refund for the delay with cleaning, but she stated there was a twin sized extra bed that could have helped the sleeping situation, but still is not a double pull out as the listing stated. Also the twin trundle bed that was in the closet didn’t have a mattress. I called vrbo to see what they could do to make this right, and they said they couldn’t do much since I called two days after the trip, and I should have called during the trip. I was on the phone for half an hour mostly on hold to find out there’s nothing much they could do. I didn’t want to call on my trip for that very reason.
