This hotel stinky, dirty, towels with other customers hairs on it. Next to loud and noisy freeway. This hotel need tear down and rebuild. It's a nightmare!!! Even free, will not stay.

Inside the lobby…it is small, dark and not very welcoming. As for the rooms…everything was tidy looking, but very old and worn looking. The hallways are very dark giving you an unsafe feeling.

The floors were dirty. Underneath the beds were very dirty. The toilet seat was loose. The sink faucet in the bathroom didn't have a stopper and looking through that hole was so gross. When you turn on the water at the sink bathroom, it didn't have a smooth flow. The water will spray hard not floating through smoothly.

Never again!
Front desk was friendly upon arrival. After check in we went straight to our room where the entire hallway smelled of old cigarettes and barking dogs. It was already 10 pm. We used the restroom, which after flushing became clogged. We had to go downstairs to ask for a plunger. The front desk ask me if we put toilet paper in the toilet. I said yes… confused by the question, and he said yes it will clog fast if you put toilet paper in. I asked where I was supposed to put the used tissue paper? He said the trash can. I’m beside myself. He handed me a plunger where I had to go back upstairs through the musty hall holding a plunger in a plastic bag. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable and grossed out. Terrible stay, bed was uncomfortable, shower was not cleaned well. Overall terrible experience. I would never stay at another one if their hotels again. It was a one night stay for my son’s track meet in Arcadia. Extremely disappointed and dissatisfied with this stay, considering I had to drive 6+ hours each way for the event. Would’ve been nice to have some comfort and piece of mind.

The property was very dirty and overwhelming smells. No coffee in room. One always empty vacuum pump coffee in the lobby at "beakfast" time. "Fully equipped" kitchen had no utensils, glasses or cookware. No shampoo or soap in room. Bathtub would not drain and still had water in it 2 hours later. We would NOT stay here again.

Our original room had a broken lock, the TV was not functional, the sheets had humongous stains, so I had asked to switch rooms because this was unacceptable, the next room they put me in, had mold all over the ceiling. I was coughing bad from the mold & it triggered my asthma, the AC unit smelled like it was blowing out mildew, not to mention the hallway smelled like cigarettes, and there were people smoking something other than cigarettes right outside the front of this place. We did not even complete our stay due to it being detrimental to my health. We told the front desk girl that we would not be completing our stay and she told us that she could not check us out and that we would have to still pay for our entire stay and that she would leave a note to say that we left early. After this, we called, the customer service number to get our money back and show them all of the pictures of proof that we have in case they wanted it but they told us that the general manager would call us within 48 hours which she or he never did. We called again to complain about them not calling us, to which, then they said that they would have the district manager call us within 48 hours which again now the district manager did not call us either. So today I called again and they said that all they could see is that the manager responded in a note saying that we never asked to switch rooms and that we did not leave early, which is all lies. I will be reporting everything to the BBB

The place felt run down! People were cooking inside their room and the smell was hideous! the carpet is old, beds were not comfortable and felt old. The drain in the shower was not working and water was slowly draining. It was a terrible experience and definitively not worth the money they charged for the room, this was comparable to a very cheap motel at best.
