Our gated, coastal Malibu condo is centrally located in the heart of Malibu. This 2-story condo has a bedroom and a loft with 2 full bathrooms. The downstairs has a full bathroom and a bedroom w/ twin-or-king setup, and the loft has a full bath with a queen bed. On the backside of the complex, it's away from the noise of PCH with quiet mountain views. The complex offers a pool, gym, tennis, with Pepperdine University, Malibu Country Mart, Whole Foods and beaches all within walking distance.

This bright and casual condo has a laid-back, beachy vibe—perfect for soaking in the California coast lifestyle. We're located on the 3rd floor, and there is an elevator access. The unit is 2-stories, giving the feel of ample space and comfort.

Whether you’re here to surf, study, or simply relax, this condo makes the perfect home base for your stay.

You'll have access to one parking space, guest parking, and all of the amenities of the complex including the tennis courts, pool, gym and all of the common spaces.

The condo has a combination key pad that we'll program with your personal code. We'll leave a key fob to enter the front gate, along with a parking pass.
