Staff was not very friendly, no phones in room to call front for service, we also noticed a few roaches and you can hear everyone upstairs walking around all Morning, the jacuzzi was nice, defiantly would go elsewhere but we wanted a Jacuzzi.

Bed was stiff and we were only given 2 pillows. Floor was dirty around bed and back of bed wasn’t vacuumed. Lots of hair in bathroom and blood(?) on the toilet paper.

They gave us a sheet and The thinnest pillow i've ever used. When I asked for extra, they told me that they do not provide any. It was freezing all night, We didn't want to turn on The heater because it looked so disgustingly dirty, We were worried it would give us a Respiratory infection. The lady at the front desk was rude, and treated me like I was a problem. It's not worth the savings for another hotel

The lady working the front off was rude to me because the tv not working she told me there is nothing she can do about it . I am paying for something and if something isn't right i should get a discount . Its all about Customer service and she is lacking it !

The owners are very nice and kind. They said the beds were brand new, but ours was super hard and very uncomfortable. It took about 8 to 10 minutes to get hot water to the shower. The floors could’ve been cleaner, but not visibly dirty. I really liked the LED lights around the top of the room, that is what drew us to the hotel. The pictures are deceiving, they’ve done their best to remodel the rooms, but a lot of the trim is the original and has water damage. The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, they happen to be two cop cars leaving the parking lot when we got there. They did not have the ice machine working, they said it only is on during the summer. There was no table in the room, but there were two chairs. We heard several gunshots each night, which made us a bit uneasy. Again, the staff was extremely friendly. But I would not recommend staying there.
