Your Holiday Spain present this conveniently located 2 bedroom 1 st floor property in the centre of Los Alcazares and only 500 meters from the shores of the mar menor. Los alcázares is vibrant town with a vast selection of bars, shops ,restaurants.

During the summer months you can take advantage of one of the many beach bars along the coast line, or for the more adventurous you can enjoy, paddle boarding or kite surfing, jet skiing or boating.

The property comprises of two bedrooms, one house bathroom and sleeps 4 people. It comes equipped with a fully functioning kitchen perfect for those wishing to enjoy a self catering holiday. A spacious living/dinning area where you can sit back and relax after a long day at the beach.

Outside there is a small terrace ideal for those long summer nights. Underneath the property is a largeterrace which can be used to park your car or enjoy the summer sun.

The property has aircon in the living area which can be used hot or cold. The two bedrooms have ceiling and fans.

Please note a security deposit hold of 500 euros is retained by Your Holiday Spain and released within 7 to 14 days of leaving the property.
