「The person working the property was nice enough, but it was his 2nd day and he didn't know that service animals are not a pet. After some back and forth he finally called the owner who verified it is not a pet and then he didn't charge me for it. That's really the only issue I had besides I didn't get the first floor like requested. The room was spacious and eclectic, the shower awesome. Nice large balcony, I really enjoyed it. 」

「Ocean palms 🌴 is an excellent place to stay,,the manager was above and beyond our expectations,,this motel has been our go to place every time we visit Pismo beach,,the patio area is fantastic and the rooms were very comfortable,,also the downtown area and pier are a very short walk away,,thanks Ocean Palms especially the manager for making our stay a beautiful experience 😀 」

「Everything was great! We enjoyed the mini balcony. Also, a fridge and microwave came in very handy. Check in was quick and friendly. The view was wonderful. I was quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay.」

「They recommend a fabulous restaurant! Rooms were so quiet, especially since they are so close to the 101 freeway. Breakfast had gluten free options. Nothing but good things to say, and that we will definitely be staying here again」
