For you to know: they only promote excursions from one company since the hotel is apparently owned by the excursion company. Go to Visit Svalbard website or local office to review all available excursion opportunities.

Staff are welcoming and the breakfast is great. The hotel is in the town centre. But you need to walk a bit and go through a bridge between the airport shuttle bus stop to the hotel door. (Taxi can drive to the hotel door step. ) There is a grey dust spot on my quilt cover.

The Vault is good value for money.

Location of hotel The Vault is perfect. Breakfast is good, but very much the same every day. The staff gives good service! I have been a guest many times, and I will come back.
