Great bay views from all around the house & the 350 sqr ft open tares upstairs with dining table for 6 . Sleeper sofa included as well. Flat screen TV in every room ,Brand new appliance, Fully furnished, kitchenware fully stocked. Linens and towels included. Washer and dryer inside the house. Direct tv included. (Downstairs): The property sits right on the bay so the breeze is always wonderful , BBQ, lounge furniture , storage room, big freezer for bait & fish . 150' feet of dock space with boat lift of 16k . Great place to entertain friends. Golf cart included. Minimum 3 month rental. Available October 1 thru April 30. No smoking, no pets.
