"This property was a great place for our extended family of 6 adults a 7 year old and an 11 month old. Plenty of space indoor and outside and many amenities.Beautiful scenery, adorable house and a host who was accommodating and on top of things. Close to quaint towns and shops but privately situated on beautiful property. We felt right at home and all plan to return to this lovely home."

"As others have said, this is perhaps the nicest rental we have ever stayed at, over many years. The location is beautiful, tucked in the quiet woods just off Highway 1 and a short ( mile) run to a grocery store, a couple of restaurants, museum, and a public park. There are many nice attractions within just a few miles of Searsport.The property itself is SO well put together - thoughtful details, supplies and conveniences throughout. Comfortable couch and TV area, work desk, and a full kitchen with likely anything you would need. And a spa-like bathroom? Sure, may as well throw that in. The hosts are on top of everything and very easy to work with.The bed is very comfortable - note that the bedroom is small and there is no dresser, so you will be living off hangers and some cubbies that are hanging in the closet. That's the only possible negative comment to this place. Do yourself a favor and select this rental."

"Your Boathouse is the Perfect Getaway! So Picturesque and Quaint! We fell in love with it as soon as we walked in. On our first evening here, there was a Beautiful Rainbow over the water. Seeing a rainbow Happiness which was absolutely perfect as on this Getaway we were Celebrating Our Wedding Anniversary. We enjoyed sitting on the deck listening to the tide coming in and going out. There is something so Relaxing about the Sight and Sound of Water. We relaxed on the deck, talking and reading and just enjoying the Beautiful Sights all around us, along with enjoyed listening and watching the different birds. We also saw some Magnificent Sunrises. Thank you again for sharing your Boathouse. We Hated to Leave.Sincerely,Tom & Roxanne"

"We loved our stay here! This was a more last-minute booking as our other property fell through and the host was so accommodating! Great communication with our kind host, who had suggestions about what her own grandkids love to do in the area (we traveled with our five-year-old).The photos are accurate and the property is very clean and well-kept with updated kitchen and baths. The air conditioning was so nice and cool in the heat, and we loved having three TVs and two bathrooms. We were supposed to have another family stay with us, and the setup would have been perfect with one family upstairs and the other down—a really nice divide if you’re staying with friends or family. Having a dishwasher and washer/dryer on-site was so convenient! The location is perfect for us—we have family on Mosman and Steamboat and it’s walkable to Edward Brothers, local shops and restaurants, Mosman Park, and the beach. We also really appreciated that the check-out list was incredibly reasonable: all we had to do was start a load of towels, strip the beds we used, run the dishwasher, and lock up. Easy peasy, and so much nicer than the 20-item check-out list (yes, seriously) that we got at our last rental. Her prices are incredibly reasonable for the space and convenience you get, especially over a holiday weekend. We appreciated our time here and will definitely be back!"
