Vibrant Kensington Flat with Garden Bar
Tucked away in the heart of vibrant Kensington, this bold and eclectic garden flat offers a truly unique stay for those looking to immerse themselves in London life with style. Bursting with personality and colour, the space blends modern comfort with playful design, making it the perfect retreat for friends, couples or families.
The apartment is located on the lower ground floor and comfortably accommodates up to five guests. There are two bedrooms—one with direct access to an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower-bath combo, and the other, the main bedroom, situated next to a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower. While not directly ensuite, it’s conveniently positioned just outside the bedroom door. The main bedroom includes a plush king-sized bed, while the second bedroom features a cleverly designed double-over-double bunk bed, offering flexibility for both adults and children.
The living and dining areas are a feast for the eyes, with a striking mix of patterns, textures and colours that create a lively yet cosy atmosphere. Think velvet seating, bold wallpaper, striped walls and vibrant furnishings that reflect a fun, boutique-hotel energy. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing meals to enjoy in the stylish dining space, while the extended living area offers plenty of room to relax on the sofa after a day of exploring. The property will only accept the number of guests booked as per the booking confirmation. Any additional guests not confirmed on the booking will not be accepted or subject to an additional charge.
Each guest will be asked to complete a pre-check-in form prior to arrival and be asked to share a form of governmental identification, Passports are required for non UK residents and UK drivers licence or passport is required for UK nationals.
This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise, and will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
Please note that last-minute reservations being made within 24 hours from the arrival date are subject to a change in check-in time from 4 P.M to 7 P.M.

With City Relay, the standard option of self check-in and usually means collecting your key from an onsite lockbox. We do also offer the option of an in person assisted check-in and should you request this, one of the team will meet you at the property to hand over the keys and give you a quick tour of the property. For this service a fee of £40 would apply between 4pm and 7pm and a fee of £60 would apply from 7pm onwards.
Guests must leave the property in the same state as when they checked in.
We suggest, in order to avoid any charges, to check and report any damages or faulty items and appliances by contacting us on guest @ cityrelay com
