Good location
The location is great. The room is a very small. Some rooms are not accessible by lift. A reception guy asked us to call a taxi but it looks like unlicensed and we refused to use it. Cabs runs anywhere in the city and easy to catch it. Don’t use a taxi that the guy calls.

チェックイン時にクレジットカードの提出、60ポンドのデポジットを請求されました。 Hotels.com 等での決済で、ホテルで直接の支払いじゃない場合、60ポンドのデポジットが必要とのこと。 私はこのアプリで決済済みだったので、なんの保証が必要なのか腹立たしい気持ちでしたが、レストランやバーの利用で部屋に付けた場合、チェックアウト時に時短できるようにとのこと。他の4つ星ホテルでは今までこんなことなかったので不快でした。このアプリで決済する場合はデポジット60ポンドが必要な旨を予め記載願います。いい気分ではなかったのでレストランもバーも一切利用しませんでした。チェックアウト時には全額返済してもらいましたが、カードを改めて確認します。 チェックイン時には到着から1時間以上も待たされました。 デリバリーを頼むとエントランスに置きっぱなし、部屋に連絡もくれない状態 配達員も配達員ですが、エントランスの対応もいかがなものかと ピザ冷め切っていました。 デリバリー頼む時は、到着予定時間に下まで降りて行く必要があります。 中心部のせいもあって部屋は狭いです。 日本の狭めのビジネスホテルぐらいでベッドと通路のみ バスタブ希望でしたがシャワーブースのみでした。浴槽が必要な人は予め確認が必要。 ルームクリーニングはとてもよく行き届いてます。 三菱のエアコン付いてました。夏でも快適そうです。 エントランスのチェックインチェックアウトの意外は花丸、エントランス対応は星⭐️一つもつけたくないです。

Hotel is really convenient for Lancaster Gate tube on the central line as well as Paddington. It is a very tired hotel and definitely in need of some TLC but for a short stay in London it does the job.

The first time I stayed here it was all very good.I got the room that I had booked with a king bed overlooking the garden. Ever since there has always been a problem with the last 4 bookings. This visit we arrived at around 6 pm. The room they gave us had not been cleaned. It did not have a queen bed as booked and was very small up in the attic. Reception seemed unconcerned that the room was dirty but offered me a room on the lower ground floor. I always e mail in advance to ask to not but me in the basement. The rooms are dark and depressing. This was the only room they had so we had to take it. Although offered a full refund looking for a room at 6 pm was after travelling all day was not an option. The hotel really needs to pay attention to returning guests and improve their methods of allocating rooms to actually give people what they have booked!!

Situated in central London about a 5 minute walk from Lancaster Gate tube station and a stones throw from Hyde Park. Conveniently located to access the West End, Park Lane and other parts of central London. The hotel is nice and clean. The room I stayed in was small but well designed with everything you need. It had a fridge, microwave, kettle and lots of complimentary drinks and a box of chocolates. There were a variety of international plug sockets to cater for travellers from all around the globe. The staff were courteous and professional and answered all the questions I had. I'd definitely stay here again.

We would certainly stay here again. We had a 10 day booking and loved the location and neighborhood, close to Paddington Station, restaurants, and a great walkability factor. The rooms and bathrooms are very small, but clean with comfortable beds. Plumbing works great too, plenty of hot water and modern showers. Staff was friendly and immediately changed our room when we were originally given a room on the lowest level that seemed like a basement. Ask for a room on the upper floors! Our only complaint would be the anemic air conditioning. I’m afraid the room would be way too hot for us in the summer. The thermostat was set at 19 degrees centigrade and we asked staff to lower this but it didn’t happen. We were ok with this although we sure would have liked the room to be cooler. Again, not the cheapest hotel but for the price we’re were very happy and would stay here again on our next visit.

Hotel is fine for the price. Only issue we had was the staff. We arrived late and ordered food to be delivered and requested a plate and knife and fork and apparently this is impossible. A hotel which serves breakfast which can’t provide some cutlery is just ridiculous.
