The used towels that we were expecting to be replaced as we had put them in the shower area, had been hung back up for us to use even although they were still damp. The following day the room wasn’t touched. Don’t think I’ll be going back there soon

Stayed here for a 2 night break and considering it is only a 2 star rating, we were pleasantly surprised. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed, with the added bonus of complimentary breakfast, the only criticism was poor coffee which tasted like it was made with recycled coffee granules. The hotel was conveniently situated in a quiet are of London with easy access to Old Hill metro. Staff were also very helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again!
