出張には快適
出張で四泊しました。 ・ロケーション ロンドン市街部からテムズ川を渡って間もなくのところに位置しています。メトロも徒歩10分圏内ですが、バスを使えば一層アクセスは立地です。ただ地域は危険とまではいきませんが、ベンチで昼間からボトル酒をあおり叫んでいたり、大声でしゃべりあってる人を何度か見かけました。夜の一人歩きはお勧めできません。 ・ホテルサービス 普通です。ビジネスホテルですので仕方ありませんが、私が到着したのは深夜で自動ドアが故障しており、大きな荷物をもって重いドアを一生懸命開けていても知らんぷりでした。 ・客室 新しい分、綺麗で掃除もよくできていました。広さは程よく、大きなトランクを開けれるスペースはあります。エアコンの音が少々うるさく、気になる人は止めたほうが過ごしやすいかもしれません。 ・客室アメニティ シャンプーと歯ブラシは付いていましたが、コンディショナーと綿棒はありません。 テレビはNHKを放送していますが、インターナショナル版なので基本英語、同じ内容を繰り返しています。 ・朝食 今回一番よかったのはこれです。種類も豊富で美味しかったです。ただ変化はありません。私は4日間、まったく同じ内容でした。 客層は私の滞在中は老夫婦の旅行者、ビジネスマン、日本人は少ないですが何人かとお会いしました。私は出張利用だったため、過剰なサービスも無く全体的に快適に過ごせました。

高級ビジネスホテル、この値段なら・・・
駅まで中途半端に遠く、周りに飲食店もあまりない。部屋は清潔で設備も整っているがロビーは狭く何もない。宿泊費の高いロンドンでこの値段はしょうがないかもしれないが、出張以外には泊る必要はない。

二度目の滞在は落胆
以前の快適さを求めて少々高いが予約した　しかし　部屋の清潔感の無さには落胆　アメニティはじめ供えられたものに埃がたまった状態である　朝早くからハウスキーピングが稼働ししかも八つ当たりしているかのような大きな音を立てている　向かいの部屋の男性が苦言を呈していたがどうやら従業員は英語が分らないらしい　部屋備え付けのポットは緑青だらけで使う気にはなれない　冷蔵庫に冷やされたコップも汚い　良かった点は朝食の種類の多さと昼到着にも関わらず早めに部屋に入れてくれたこと　最後の苦言であるがチェックイン時は愛想よくチェックアウト後はつっけんどん　これは英国人全員に共通するかと感ずる　三度目は無いと思う

価格と比例しないホテル?
クリスマスシーズンなのでしょうか？ エアコンが壊れているので見てくれと頼んでもそのまま､直さず終了､チェックアウトが早いため前日 夜にタクシー\の手配を頼んでいたが､案の定 チェックアウト時 聴いていないとのこと 早めにチェックアウトしたので問題がなかったが､外れを引いた感じである｡

Room was a bit small and the bed was hard but everything else was good. Rooftop bar had a great view. Breakfast was very expensive for 29 GBP in my opinion. Nice staff and clean.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Bushaltestellen sind in der Nähe. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker mit viel Auswahl, z. B. frisch zubereitete Omelett, Avocado, frisches Obst usw. Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Essen im Restaurant sehr lecker. Das Highlight ist die Dachterrasse mit einem tollen Blick zum London Eye.

Sehr praktische Lage. Das Personal war sehr freundlich, aber das Zimmer war in einem nicht ganz so gutem Zustand. Der Boden war sehr vermackt und die Abflüsse in der Fusche und im Waschbecken liegen nicht ab.

Har bott på H10 London vid flera tillfällen. Rummet kändes lite trött denna gång men överlag toppklass. Hotellet är spanskägt och har skandinavisk stil. Rummet är bekvämt med ett fint badrum. Platsen är också mycket bra, ca 20 minuters gångavstånd från Covent Garden. Dyr men bra frukost där man kan hitta nästan allt man kan tänka sig. Bra service. Kan rekommenderas!

3-day Stay in London.
Newer and more modern Hotel. Within walking distance of Big Ben, Parliament, Buckingham Palace & London Eye. On-site Spanish Restaurant was by far one of the best restaurants we visited during the 2 week trip to the UK.

Value for money could be better
We paid nearly 1k CHF for 4 nights, we expected atleast to change the towels every second day we left the towels on the floor for the change but they just hang back the towels and floor condition needs some restoration. The bed is big and comforable, that is what we loved. The room is not so big but enough to walk around. The location is very convientient, just infront of the bus stop and within walking distance to the center and to the toursist attraction. Reception staff are very friendly and accomodationg.
