Double Bedroom With Own Bathroom and Kitchen

Beautifully modernised and extremely clean double bedroom. Your room is located on the first floor, it has a large private bathroom, a private separate full kitchen, and one double bedroom. The 1st floor landing is shared one person who lives above, (mostly away on business, so you may not see him at all.), and with me, my room is located next to yours, but i'm only there at night, and do not use your bathroom, or kitchen.

You have a double bedroom, a kitchen and bathroom to yourself on one floor. Next to your bedroom is my bedroom , I will only sleep there and you will likely not even see me as I am downstairs in my own space 99% of the time.
