The Tower Hotel, by Thistle
We arrived just before 12pm and placed our suitcase into the concierge which is excellent. We did this as we could not check in until 3pm and therefore went sightseeing into London for the day. When we came back at 8.30pm we found our room was still not ready as they had not placed a bed for my daughter ...

Park Plaza London Westminster Bridge
Really good for our family. The room was almost two rooms which made it perfect with a bed either side. Breakfast was good, loads of areas so not too busy. Location was perfect. Staff were great. Pool is a bit basic but ok.
