ホテルから提供されている写真とは全く違う。ホテル全体がとても汚く、古く、色々な部分で修理が必要。朝食はパンとハムとチーズなどホテルの朝食とは思えないレベル。家族経営なのか？ホテル経営をしたことのない人たちが運営をしている印象。確実に４つ星ホテルではなく、２つ星くらい。近くにヒルトンやホリデインがあるのでそちらに泊まればよかった。仕事での宿泊だったが、ウェンブリースタジアムでコンサートがあった日だったので、日本円で8万円ほど払った。信じられないぼったくりだと思った。

Rooms are good size and location is convenient. However, it is very noisy (street noise and neighbors) and cleanliness is not up to par for an hotel. There were hair in the shower, stains on the wall tiles in the bathroom and the kettle had not been cleaned (the water was yellow and had a foul smell so it must have been there for a while).

Do not stay at this hotel. Expedia rate as 4* more like 2*. We were placed in a disabled room - not appropriate for us. Heating is managed by reception and the room was so hot. There was a missing lightbulb from lamp. A kettle base with no kettle. The bathroom door would not shut - the lights kept turning off for no reason - we paid a lot of money for one night and it definitely was not 4* and felt like a hostel. The was not a bar or dining facility - there was breakfast but if you saw the curtains of this place you would not eat in there. We actually left the property as the main concern was the smell of gas and this was unsafe. We were told we could get a refund through Expedia after contacting Expedia and having to find another hotel - to stay in they said they would not refund as the hotel would not refund - this hotel needs to be downgraded and is unsafe

Excellent location for attending events at Wembly. It is a short walk to the venue. The actual room was slightly a tad bit worn. There was noticeable stains on ceiling and walls. However, it was a comfortable stay and staff was excellent.

We stayed here after a night at Wembley stadium which was perfect walking distance even though very pricey the room was clean and comfortable the bed was very soft like a giant pillow. And a small magnifying mirror in the bathroom was perfect for doing make-up. Breakfast in the morning was good although more options on the cooked breakfast would be nice it just came as a set breakfast which is fine but whej u have people who cant eat mushroom or beans it then becomes difficult to eat around beans. Overall a lovely stay in a smart looking room.

I was skeptical after reading others reviews but I found the staff friendly and helpful, the room was clean and though I didn’t have time for breakfast- it looked varied and extensive for a Continental breakfast. The location to Wembley stadium could not be beat! My only recommendation, invest in some new towels- they’re getting a bit worn. :)

Check-in was very fast which was great. Staff were all very friendly. Room was quite tired - bubbling on ceiling, ripped carpet, lights sticking out above bed. Breakfast was VERY unorganized. Walked into the area at 9:30am, no staff around. Helped ourselves to coffee and sat down. Eventually there was a woman who appeared behind the bar, and served someone who arrived after us. I then waited at the bar for her to come back - a long wait because she was also the one cooking the food as well as serving, cleaning and taking orders. She was the only staff member that I saw the entire time we were at breakfast. Credit to her though because she did make a great English breakfast! One recommendation would be better communication of facilities. I had to keep looking at the website to find things out like when breakfast is served till because we weren't told at check-in and there were no books/documents in our room to tell us. Same with breakfast really - nothing to tell us what items they served or what was actually included in the English breakfast. Oh and separating the knives, forks and spoons during breakfast so we don't have to spend 10 mins searching for the right cutlery all in one basket.

The website says there is a bar available on event days but when we asked we were told it only opens for football events in Wembley and not for concerts. The booking included a full English breakfast, but on entering the dining room, the lady at the bar took our room number and that was all. The only breakfast on view was a limited continental breakfast. The lady in the dining room gave no information about the english breakfast, until asked if it was available and then she said it was available. No menu provided. Diners were not offered the English breakfast until they asked if it was available.

Irgendetwas ist unter dem Bettlaken überall auf der Matratze, was hart/scharf ist und weh tut. Teppich irre schmutzig, Vorhänge zerrissen, Möbel völlig abgewohnt. Bad modern, groß, neu, super Dusche, Klimaanlage perfekt, Touchscreens zwecks Zimmerreinigung und Licht echt prima, Rezeption nicht außerordentlich trainiert (nicht zuvorkommend, fragt bei defekter Zimmerkarte nicht einmal nach Name sondern stellt direkt neue Karte aus), Safe war von Vorgänger verschlossen und Öffnungsservice brauchte 50 Min um zu kommen. Alles ruhig. Ausreichend Platz. Ob das Zimmer seinen Preis wert war? Das kommt wirklich darauf an, wieviel man zahlt. Es ist absolut in Ordnung, wenn man keine hohen Erwartungen an Service oder Zustand der Möbel hat. Bad ist prima. Bett bis auf das, was sich wie durchquellende Federn anfühlt (sind aber keine Federn), wirklich mega-bequem. Dusche tadellos (mehr geht nicht, top Wasserdruck), trotz Stadion-Show alles ruhig und prima Infrastruktur außenherum. Teppich ist super-dreckig, aber das sind sie ja alle, die Hotel-Teppiche.
