「Well appointed close to all facilities and beach. The cottage was well stocked but showing signs of wear and tear which you expect with high occupancy , unfortunately the main concern was the water temperature it was tepid and never got hot which meant cold baths and showers therefore we didn’t use the hot tub who wants constant cold showers for that reason alone we would not use the property again or recommend it.」

「We stayed here one night as a last minute getaway from the heat back home . The property was spotless and everything was so thoughtful , so many personal touches showing the care they take with their guests . They went above and beyond when I had an issue with my car charging and drove me all the way to it, which would have cost £50 in a taxi. My children loved the animals on site and the owners were very patient answering all their questions ! Thank you so much for your kindness !」

「We were a family. It was a great place to stay for the night while waiting for the ferry to Dublin. Fun time in the restaurant-pub on trivia night. Excellent breakfast.」

「I wish we could have given more stars on this hotel because the rooms were actually very clean and lovely and comfortable. Unfortunately we were told we could check in at 3pm but when we got to the hotel, there was a sign on the door to say reception was closed until 4pm and we were given a number to call if assistance was required. We called the number several times and it went to voicemail. Luckily I have family that live just down the road so we weren’t stuck with nowhere to go. It turns out,...

「De kamer bevond zich in een oud gebouw met achterstallig onderhoud. Het was ook vrij gehorig. Bed was prima en kamer was schoon. De mensen van de pub waar we moesten inchecken waren super vriendelijk.」

「This hotel was probably state of the art 35/40 yrs ago. It’s very well photographed but in honesty… it’s awful. Rooms are worn out, carpets in places are threadbare. Bathroom had various it’s broken or loose. In the evenings was a constant smell of over cooked vegetables that was very unpleasant. Having spoken to locals it’s recently been taken over but it’s in need of HUGE investment I (and neither will my colleagues) definitely won’t be staying there again.」

「Lovely old pub with good rooms available, Gary is a nice friendly host and really cares that you enjoy your stay. We had our evening meal and drinks there which were good quality and value for money. The breakfast was top notch and you helped yourself to good quality coffee and toast. I've already booked a stay here again.」

「Great place to stay in Holyhead. Clean, comfortable and the common area was great for relaxing. Tea, coffee, snacks, microwave and fridge provided in the common area. Great pizzas close by as well. The host was also very knowledgeable and friendly.」
