We had a lovely stay, breakfast was amazing!! The only thing we can fault is the bed, it was so hard and uncomfortable that we felt bruised and battered the next morning! Would of definitely stayed another night if it hadn’t of been so uncomfortable as the weather picked up on the day we were leaving

The caper and decore was dated but who cares. Everything and more was at han we couldn't have asked for more. The breakfast was amazing. will be nighly recommending this hotel.

Terrible customer service off the male owner, I booked this bnb as a 1 night stay for me and my son, unfortunatly when we arrived he actually shouted at us pointing in my face that this is a adult only bnb. My son and myself were very upset and son actually scared of the male owner. Both owners were both having a loud argument also for all to hear.

Situated on pleasant tree-lined street within easy strolling distance of the shops and sea front so we decided to go into town for breakfast in our own time each morning. Room was extremely clean and bright but rather small and overlooking back yards. Shower had very poor pressure. Room service was excellent. Overall, it was more than adequate for a seaside holiday and represented excellent value for money.

Lovely and clean, walking distance to the promenade, shops etc. Limited off road parking and you’ll get blocked in so if you’re thinking to use the car during your stay, you’re better off leaving your car on the road.

Golf i Llandudno

Riktigt trevligt bemötande från värdparet. Bästa är att höra dem sjunga när de lagar frukost. Lugnt och behagligt område. Nära till North Wales Golf Club. Tyvärr tar det sju hål innan banan blir intressant. Så spela Conwy om du vill spela Links golf. Huset är ok. Inte det modernaste men rent och fräscht. Staden har ett brett utbud av pubar och restauranger.

Birthday treat

Greeted by Paul who took us to the room put the electric heater on for us and explained how to order breakfast. Room took a while to warm up, decor very nice and in keeping with the hotel. Every where very clean. Slept well even though bed was harder than I’m used to. Breakfast was very nice cooked and served by Fiona the lady of the house. On site parking limited but plenty of free on road parking.

Warm and Friendly welcome, Good location

We stayed here for 3 nights as a short break for my birthday. Fiona and Paul were welcoming and friendly. Location was good being just a 5 minute walk to the promenade and free street parking was not a problem. Breakfast was plentiful and nicely cooked. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will return again in the future. Just a couple of small plumbing issues in the bathroom but I am sure these will be dealt with soon.

The Hilary was great!

A warm welcome when we arrived,and were taken to our well appointed room.All the furnishings were first class. We were served a very good and substantial breakfast with plenty of choice. The hotel was a short walk from the prom.and the train to the Great Orme,which is no to be missed. Great stay and worth another visit

Boenden i Wales, den oupptäckta delen av Uk.

Ett klassiskt brittiskt b&b, huset och rum är inte av modernaste snitt. Men ägarna är helt suveräna på att ge den bästa av service. Frukosten var bra. Det fanns gott om fräscha bär, flingor och yoghurtar. Den varma ”full welsh breakfast var riktigt god. Rummet ok, extremt tyst i området. Skönt slippa ljud från trafik och annat. Det är nära till statskärnan och promenad avstånd till golfbanan om man så vill. Annars står värdparet ut som klara vinnare med ett trevligt och gott bemötande, man kan också få ta del av deras fantastiska sångröster som kan höras från köket.

Perfect location

Lovely little guesthouse, our hosts were very friendly & helpful, everything you'd need & brilliant breakfast. Only downside was our room was a bit on the small side, and we fell over each other when getting changed! But for a short break, you can put up with it. TV also very small.
