「My stay at Hotel Espana in Sarajevo was great. The breakfast was delicious, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean. The staff were friendly, polite, and very helpful. They even called a taxi for me, which I appreciated. The only downside was that the hotel is a bit far from the city center. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend it.」

Vista privilegiada no alto da colina, com vista para cidade, Hotel Holliday e passarela dos snipers e uma distância pequena do centro histórico.」

「Property was clean, staff friendly. Hotel 6 min drive to airport so it’s super convenient. Not much around as far as restaurants. 20 min drive to Bascarsija and restaurants. My parents asked for a taxi to pick them up to take them to airport next morning. Receptionist confirmed it was scheuduled for pickup at 4 am. Taxi never came for them. If it wasn’t for my husband dropping us off at airport and coming back to get them they would have been stranded without transport. Not sure what happened. ...

「It's beautiful from the outside, but it has problems with hygiene. It's also difficult to get to if you don't have a car.」

「I was given a code to enter the front door and told to take a specific key from the cabinet behind the reception desk and left the key at the reception desk when I left. For my entire stay I did not see a single staff member. I expect that for some types of properties, but I prefer live people be there to greet me and help me if necessary...that's why I don't just rent an apartment with zero interaction with the owner.」
