「The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and decorated so beautifully!! The apartment also has access to a private backyard which was really pretty. Faria, the owner was very nice and so was her assistant Tiffany. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a really nice place to stay. It is really close to the Journal Square Path (like a 7 minute walk) and is close to restaurants and shopping. You will not be disappointed!」

「We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Brooklyn spot. The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the natural light made it feel so warm and inviting. 「It was a well kept apartment.Extremely respectful and helpful host.Close to Central Park, shops and public transportation, this palce dislocate in historical Harlem, NY with a lot of places to visit. Close to restaurants as well for many choices. The apartment was spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. Apt. Just requires a few minor improvements, but overall it was great.」

「great place to come back to and relax after enjoying NYC, the 126 bus to nyc is a 3 min walk from the place and its also a great, safe neighborhood to enjoy good food and a stoll. The Hudson river is about a 10 min walk with great views of NYC skyline. Total recommend its nice, safe and clean apartment and AJ was awesome and very responsive. 」

「This place is amazing. We loved the neighborhood, comfy beds, and open living room/kitchen. Trains were not noisy, and rooftop was sweet (though we did have a rainy week, so couldn't use it a lot). 40 min drive or 60mins transit into Midtown, or a bit less to WTC area. Hosts are awesome, generous, and very responsive. 」

"タイムズスクエアがすぐそこで、もちろんミュージカル、美術館やセントラルパークなど、とても生きやすかったです。朝ごはんも持ち帰りでしたらフリーでヨーグルトかチーズバーガーなどを、選ぶことができます。部屋にはスタバのコーヒーと水も2本おいてくれてます。"

"NYのペン駅近郊にしては比較的安価でした。良かった点、①立地:ペン駅まで徒歩6分ほど。いろいろなところに行くのに便利かつ観光客が多いエリアなので夜でも外を歩いてもあまり不安がない(ホームレスはいますが)、②ホテルの綺麗さ清潔さ:よく清掃された部屋で、毎日の清掃も良い。シャワールームも含めて綺麗。部屋が狭いという口コミが多く、それは事実だが、コスパを考えればやむを得ない、③屋上にルーフトップバーがあり、バーも素敵だし景色も素敵(エンパイアviewなどの高層階を選べば部屋からの景色も良い) 楽しみにしていたチェックインのクッキーが貰えなかった点は残念です。"
