"Hotel staff was wonderfully helpful and kind. Facilities are nice and well maintained. The hotel is also well situated around restaurants and sights in walking distance. Restaurant and bar are good quality, and we really enjoyed the Fado night. The only thing to note is that the bathroom door is a swinging door and doesn’t close with a lock, for when extra privacy may be needed. Otherwise we loved this hotel and would return again."

"We loved the location, very close to the Metro station. Carolina and Alessandra were incredible at the front desk, as they helped us several times with restaurant advice, parking, and getting us electric adapters when we forgot ours in another part of the country. Highly recommend this hotel and its staff."
