Fantastic 129 m² property in Ericeira very close to the beaches of S. Julião and Foz do Lizandro, with three bedrooms, outdoor space and capacity for 8 people.
It has a living room with a sofa (which is a sofa bed), TV and dining area, two bedrooms with a double bed, one bedroom with 2 single beds, a bathroom with a bathtub, a bathroom with a shower, a guest toilet and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and electric kettle.
Outdoors it has a large garden with a barbecue, dining area and outdoor furniture.
It also has a washing machine, iron, internet (wifi), hair dryer, air conditioning and outdoor parking.
It is located 2km (5 min drive) from the beach of São Julião, 4km (7 min drive) from the beach of Foz do Lizandro and 500m from restaurants and a mini-market.

We would like to inform you that for stays longer than 28 nights, the total value of electricity, water and gas consumption included in the price is €150/month. Whenever, at the end of each month, the sum of the said consumptions exceeds this value, the remainder will be the responsibility of the guest, and this value will be charged at the end of each month.
We also inform you of the existence of a Municipal Tourist Tax, instituted in the form of an overnight stay tax on all AL properties. The value of this tax is charged per night and per person (over 12 years old) at the unit value of €2.40 in the high season (1 May to 31 October) and €1.20 in the low season (1 November to 30 April). The payment of this tax is not included in the price charged for the accommodation and must be paid in cash at check-in. The value of this tax is changed annually by the Mafra City Council, so changes to the values presented may occur.
