Welcome to your perfect vacation oasis! This incredible 2-storey property provides the ideal combination of comfort, fun and breathtaking ocean views that will leave you breathless!

On the 1st floor, you'll find an elegant bedroom suite that offers not only spectacular ocean views, but also a balcony where you can relax and savor magical moments at sunrise or sunset. The bathroom with bathtub and WC is an invitation to relax.
In addition, a 2nd bedroom with an ocean view and balcony, and a cozy 3rd bedroom guarantee enough space for the whole family or a group of friends. An additional bathroom with shower and toilet completes this floor, offering practicality and comfort.

Going down to the ground floor, get ready for a real vacation experience! A room with direct access to the pool invites you to dive in at any time.
The large living room, equipped with a TV offering all the international channels, as well as Netflix and Disney+, promises moments of entertainment for all ages.
The fully equipped kitchen is the ideal space for preparing delicious meals, while the games room - with a pool table, table football, arrows and a ping-pong table - ensures that the fun never ends!

Outside, a paradise awaits you! The private, covered swimming pool is perfect for cooling off in any season, and the totally private, fenced garden provides a peaceful and safe environment. Enjoy memorable barbecues with friends and family or challenge them to a friendly game of petanque. Parking is available in front of the house and two electric bikes at your disposal ensure that you can explore the area with ease.

The villa is located in a quiet and peaceful spot, ideal for those looking to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. In just 3 minutes by car, you can reach the wonderful Peralta Beach, where the local bar offers a selection of delicious fresh seafood, making it the perfect choice for a meal by the sea.

In addition, just a few minutes' drive away, there is a mini-market that caters for all your daily needs, ensuring convenience during your stay. The center of Lourinhã, also just 3 minutes away, is the right place to explore the variety of supermarkets, restaurants and other amenities.

The villa is centrally located, providing easy access to many of the region's tourist attractions. With a drive of approximately 50 minutes, you can reach Lisbon Airport, making your arrival and departure easy. For greater convenience, we offer the possibility of a shuttle service (navette) with prior notice and at an additional cost.

Located in the West Region, the villa is the perfect starting point for exploring iconic destinations such as Baleal, Peniche, Nazaré, Óbidos, Sintra, Lisbon, Caldas da Rainha and Torres Vedras. We had a really good time, staying with a family of 8 in total. The house and rooms are nice, well equipped - so no issues.The pool size is good, water not really being heated but we still had some sunny days so it was refreshing in any case.JM checked us in and out perfectly and helped us with all we needed - thanks for the service.The area is quiet, which we knew so no real issue for us.
