Lovely property right in the middle of all the action. Staff were excellent - warm, welcoming and professional. Breakfast choices were plentiful - the Eggs Benedict very tasty - with fresh squeezed juices, and great coffee. Our highest recommendation is that we will stay there again on our next visit to Lisbon.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by a wonderful staff. They were just great!! They arranged transportation for us as needed. The breakfast was wonderful in the mornings with again very nice staff! Would definitely recommend as a great place to stay. It is situated on the main avenue which made it a central location for walking to most things and obviously every store you could imagine if you like to shop.

Stylish, centrally located hotel with helpful staff. The only negative was the restaurant, which, unusually for a Relais and Chateau property, wasn't good. The food was heavy and tasteless, and the music was so loud it was hard to hold a conversation. Breakfast, however, was fine.

The reception staff is lovely especially Ricardo. The room was a total disappointment. There is a nightclub next door and you can hear the party nonstop every evening. Breakfast was so so. The staff is really disorganized and there was one gentleman super attentive but rest of the staff was a bit rude. You’d order orange juice and never get it! We did 5 days of this and while the location is convenient there are better hotel options with top service, comfort and amenities. This hotel was a real disappointment for the brand. They didn’t think through the details.

What an oasis Hotel Valverde is! Welcoming front desk, beautiful garden dining with friendly wait staff, and tasty food. The location is perfect. Step outside and walk right or left to experience the delights of Lisbon. Our room was comfortable and calming. And if you require anything, the staff will go all out for you with smiling faces. Thank you for a very memorable stay!

Great Staff that was very helpful. Breakfast was really good but dinner at the hotel was only OK, and small selection on the menu. Would reccomend eating out.

My husband and I stayed for 5 nights and I have never experienced such amazing customer service, 24/7, from everyone. It really was remarkable. When we couldn’t figure out the lights one morning, I called and they were there in minutes! One early morning we stepped out and it was raining a bit and one of the guys ran after us and brought us an umbrella! The location was great for us to get around to most places by foot. Easy to taxi/uber anywhere else! One last thing- the bed was amazing! Super comfortable.

Wonderful hotel, centrally positioned on a beautiful avenue of expensive shops. Very well positioned for visiting all the sights of Lisbon. Room very comfortable and food at breakfast and in the restaurant is excellent. Lovely areas to sit out and enjoy a peaceful drink. All the staff were extremely helpful and very pleasant. WONDERFUL LISBON HOTEL

The hotel has a super location and one can walk everywhere. The stay was like being in someone’s residence. Very warm and welcoming snd beautifully decorated. Food and drinks were great. Best negronis I have had and artfully presented. Best of all the staff are wonderful. Very friendly and helpful making sure all your needs are met. I would recommend to my friends and be happy to stay on another trip to Lisbon.
