Historic Sintra Center Studio | Garden, Jacuzzi & BBQ

A cosy independent studio for up to two guests, with its own private garden in historic Sintra, part of family-run Velvet Sintra. The studio and garden together cover 22 m²; this is the combined indoor and outdoor area, not the indoor floor area.

Sleep in a comfortable queen bed, with heating and a fan. Inside are a mini-fridge, microwave, kettle and coffee machine, crockery and cutlery, plus complimentary tea, coffee and sugar. There is no oven or hob inside the studio. The attached private bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower with hot water.

Enjoy your private garden with hot tub, hammock, stone BBQ, outdoor dining, seating and an awning.

SELF CHECK-IN & ACCESS
Both Tiny House entrances use traditional keys. Self check-in includes key collection at our nearby main house before going to your independent studio. Detailed directions and private access instructions are provided before arrival. The replacement check-in video is being prepared.

Your studio, bathroom, mini-kitchenette and garden are private. You are welcome to enjoy the main house’s shared snooker room, patio, music room with piano/violin/guitar, fireplace lounge and library. Other guest bedrooms and private/staff areas are off limits. The Tiny has no internal connection to the main house. Please respect quiet hours, 23:00–07:00.

Check-in from 15:00; checkout by 12:00. Early check-in from 13:00 and late checkout until 14:00 cost €15 each, subject to availability and explicit confirmation. Optional breakfast costs €12.50 per person, served between 07:00 and 11:00, requested in your booking chat at least 24 hours ahead and confirmed by the host. Cleaning is €25 per stay; pets are €35 total per stay, regardless of number or nights. Fees already included or paid are not charged twice. Smoking is outdoors only.
