Situato in una via laterale dell'Avenida principale, dista circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Lisbona e dalla stazione ferroviaria di Rossio. La fermata della metropolitana si trova a circa 300 - 400 metri. Si tratta di un grande appartamento dal quale sono state ricavate diverse stanze ognuna con il proprio bagno. La nostra camera era spaziosa, ed il bagno era dotato di vasca " convertita " in doccia. Buona la pulizia ed il cambio di asciugamani che veniva effettuato ogni giorno.

Résidence agréable avec une équipe très sympa

J'ai passé 7 nuits au sein de la Residencial Milanesa à l'occasion du concours eurovision de la chanson. L'équipe de la résidence est très sympa. Chambre simple mais très propre, literie très confortable, ménage fait tous les jours, linges de toilette remplacés tous les jours. Même si la résidence ne prévoit pas le petit déjeuner, il est possible de prendre du café ou thé à volonté. Accès wifi gratuit. Très bien placé, à deux pas du centre ville, du quartier des restaurants, de l'avenue de la Liberté, etc. Je n'ai jamais eu besoin de prendre les transports en commun pour me déplacer dans le centre depuis la résidence. Point d'amélioration : prévoir un double vitrage plus performant pour le bruit de la rue.

Basic Comfort in the Heart of Lisbon

I had a 14-hour layover in Lisbon, on my way from Milan to Boston. At the last minute I decided to make the most of it. I took the subway directly from the airport to the Avenida stop, which is an easy five-minute walk from Hotel Residencial Milanesa. I arrived late and was in something of a hurry. Nonetheless, the place was easy to find and a staff member was there to receive me. The room was clean, with a synthetic wood floor, double bed, and compact but perfectly serviceable bathroom. Thick curtains kept the light out of the room, and the hotel's position a few storeys above the street kept noise levels low. In the morning, coffee and tea were on offer, but nothing more--which I would not have expected there to be, considering the modest price. I recommend Residencial Milanesa for the seasoned frugal traveler.

Отель милый, от метро 5 минут пешком, но в горку, рядом прекрасный бар Бруклин с хорошими завтраками, круглосуточная стойка регистрации, возможность распечатать билеты, есть кухня. В номере есть балкончик и окна в пол , поэтому было прохладно в холодный день, но есть обогреватель, есть фен в номере. Маленький минус - не было лобби, но в номере приятно находиться. Лестница без лифта (3 этаж)

Perfectly situated, good for short stay

The stuff is helpful and available 24h. The room is cold but there is an electrical heater. Can be a little noisy outside but the localization is superb (metro Avenida) and there are shops and restaurants nearby. You have to ring the bell every time you want to enter the building.

It's not a hotel - it's a hostel

Clean, in a walking distance to the center. Nice helpful stuff, speaking English too.. They call it hostel, but it has private WC/sower. Good enough for this price.

Proche du centre ville.

Hébergement basique. Pas de climatisation, juste un gros ventilateur qui génère du bruit. Circulation automobile assez tard dans la nuit et reprise assez tôt donc pas vraiment de repos! Situé au deuxième étage sans ascenseur, à éviter si vous avez une grosse valise. Local bagages pour le dernier jour.

Propre, confortable, proche du centre

Une petite pension au deuxième étage d'un immeuble très proche du centre et à quelques marches du bario alto. La résidence est très propre, refaite à neuf et offrant tout le confort nécessaire (lit confortable, télé, wifi efficace et rapide, un frigo dans la chambre, thé et café à volonté et gratuit). Le personnel est très gentil et accueillant. Nous reviendrons lors de notre prochain séjour à Lisbonne

Allt som allt en trevlig vistelse jag och min sambo hade här. Det enda jag kan påpeka var väl hotellpersonalens engelska språkkunskaper som inte var de bästa, men de flesta var mycket trevliga. Vi gjorde varandra förstådda med teckenspråk emellanåt när vi ville låna vinöppnare och glas. Annars var det hela bra med kylskåp på rummet där man kunde rymma en del matvaror och stor golvfläkt på rummet att svalka ner sig med när man varit ute en hel dag i värmen. Bra.

Fica em uma bairro excelente. Bom custo benefício para quem vai com pouca bagagem. O quarto e o banheiro são limpos, porém não tem elevador, para carregar malas fica complicado. A rua também fica em uma grande ladeira, o que dificulta um pouco o acesso
