Nice Hotel

Hotel was clean, staff were pleasant and efficient. Wasn't really close to the tourist areas but close to Metro and it was only really 4 stops to the waterfront. Rooms are a little small but it was a good stay.

Comfortable and easy access

Overall Hotel was fine and was in a safe and nice part of town. It showed a bit of its age in its public areas and floors, but bed was comfortable and rooms were clean and good size. It was also very close to two subway lines including the red line direct to the airport.

A great find

Spent a couple of nights here on business. Friendly welcome on arrival, and friendly service throughout my stay. Nice restaurants/bars in the area within a couple of minutes walking distance , and close to metro stops (2) to access other parts of the city. I will stay here again - thank you.

A very pleasant stay, and excellent value for money. The hotel is well located, in a quiet area with many shops and restaurants close by and good transport links to all parts of the city and beyond. All the staff went out of their way to be very welcoming and helpful. The room was of a good size, comfortable, with a good shower and always kept very clean. There was a good quality breakfast buffet with lots of options.

Excellent location. Very nice neighborhood- quiet but very convenient to everything. The metro stop was practically right in front of the door. It's a 20-minute metro rife from the airport. The staff was excellent. The breakfast was fantastic. The hotel and the room were spotless. I would definitely say here again.

We thought the hotel was close to the Red Line metro station, what we didn’t see through the trees until we checked out was it is almost directly across from one of the station entrances! The hotel should make this more clear. That makes transit to airport and downtown much easier.

Like the story of the 3 bears-just right for a quick stay in Lisbon. Not the greatest, not the worst. Staff were exceptional! Easy scheduling for private airport transfer-NOTE CASH ONLY payable at hotel. Transit options within walking distance. Great restaurant 1 blick away-Sangiovese. Also Olivias for healthy and light. Breakfast not included but reasonably priced. We never bothered so cannot say much about restaurant on site.

The hotel was in a good location, outside the main tourist areas but had a metro station a minutes walk away which was very easy to use and literally took 10 mins or less to get to Alfama/Baixa-Chiado regions and easy access to all other areas in Lisbon. Quiet street with shops close by. The rooms were very clean and spacious, very good water pressure, shower was great. Staff accommodating and friendly. We only had breakfast in hotel once, there are many nice cafes nearby where we would get our breakfast from which worked out cheaper though did take up a little more time than if we had breakfast at hotel! I would definitely recommend this hotel for all the reasons given above and if you want somewhere that is quieter than being in the thick of things but has easy access to all areas.

Service and Location Wins!

Service and location wins! The hotel is fine enough. It’s clean and good for a comfortable sleep after a great day spent being a tourist. I wouldn’t say it soundproof or spectacular. However, great neighborhood that’s not far, even walking distance from a few attractions. Also restaurants, grocery, etc right outside your door. I arrived the week of the Papal visit, unbeknownst to me, so things were challenges. The front desk team did a great job seeing to me needs. They made the experience really good. Thanks’
