The bright, whitened, typical Lisbon light comes in from the charming windows in the living area, where a convertible couch, two armchairs and a TV will allow you the best relaxing time after a day out. Right next to it, there's the dinner area, equipped with a table and seats for 4.
Don't miss the opportunity to try cooking a traditional Portuguese meal in the fantastic open kitchen, fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave.
Two bedrooms have a wardrobe: one features a queen bed, and the other has two twin beds. Complementary hotel-quality linens will be provided for your comfort.
Two bathrooms are also available, with all the amenities you'll need to freshen up, such as a walk-in shower, toilet, and sink. Fresh towels and complimentary toiletries will also be supplied for your convenience.
The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

The Portuguese Parliament is just opposite the street, and the wonderful Basílica da Estrela (as well as its viewpoint) and the fantastic Estrela Garden are 700 m away!
Walking down towards the river area (Cais do Sodré) will take you no more than 15 minutes. From there, it's easy to get to the whole city centre using old trams or on foot.
You can also walk to the Marquês de Pombal area instead to discover a different area of Lisbon and its great new Avenues. You couldn't be in a better location, so pick your choice and feel the ambience!
Several bus lines are available, allowing you to reach almost any place in Lisbon and, of course, you shouldn't miss the chance to use the traditional Tram line, which you can get nearby, as well.
Travelling to Lisbon Airport takes you around 25 minutes by car and less than 1 hour using public transport (metro and tram).
This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking in. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.
Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.
For the first days, we will provide basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products, and a bin bag.
Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
